Welcome to the Freedom Forum of Freedom's Phoenix!

Freedom reigns here like the days of the old Wild West! We have no corporate or government censors to tell you what you can and cannot say in our public forums. We encourage everyone to keep a civil tongue, but you are free to express your opinions no matter what your perspective is on any subject -- just be prepared for someone else to have an entirely opposite view and tell the world you don't know what you are talking about!

Some entries, which our regular editors consider too vulgar -- according to their standards, may be tagged "Crude or Lewd" so the faint-of-mind folks don't have to view them, but everyone can use the link on the right-hand column to decide for themselves whether to show those entries or not.

Anyone may read the discussions shown in our forum. You will need to sign-up as a member and provide your name and valid email address to be able to add comments and participate in the discussions. There is no cost to join.

We have a right as humans, forget the Constitution and Bill of Rights, as these governors have done. And despite their oath of defending same. OSHA regulations demonstrate lower oxygen levels when wearing masks, thus compromising our immune systems. It's obvious to me, the governors herd mentality is in the dumb section. Not even considering the health benefits of oxygen! Amazing. And these people are elected??

What is the 'constitutional justification' for mask mandates, seat belt mandates or speed limits? I for one don't see any.

In his narrative on the NRA, Horseman overlooks the fact that the NRA supported the Brady Act, enactment of The 1994 Assault Weapons Ban and it opposed 3D printing of gun parts. Most recently the NRA supports Red Flag Laws, and bumpstock bans. On the other hand, when the NRA goes to court, it seems content to accept "reasonable" infringements. NRA attorneys have repeatedly argued that fully automatic weapons are not protected by the 2nd Amendment, as well as supporting permit only carry of pistols. So, don't ever mistake the NRA as one of the good guys. They are a mouthpiece of the Deep Staters in the BATFE; always have been, always will be.

Bitcoin as it is won't work. The numbers of transactions necessary to make it commonplace among the people, will never fit the small number of transactions allowed in a block. If Block sizes are increased, the Internet couldn't correlate and handle all the transactions that would be made. Banks can, because their ledgers aren't on the Internet like the blockchain ledger is. The size of the blockchain would rapidly become so extremely bloated, that nobody could run a full node without having thousands of gigabytes of drive space. Bitcoin would become centralized in the few places that held this high amount of memory. Presently, there is little being done publicly to change these inherent problems with Bitcoin.

To avoid a cashless society, who is going to print the physical currency? Digital currency/cryptocurrency can be backed by producer credits. See Paul Grignon's explanation at his Youtube channel and his website. Paul is likely most well known for creating the Money As Debt Trilogy posted to Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSaKth4G8kY -- http://www.moneyasdebt.net/reviews.htm

The etymology of the word government is, govern = control, and, ment = mind. Government is mind control. Yes, albeit, there's nothing in that that says it's external mind control. Government can be self-governing -- not external mind control. Rather, self mind control. To govern is not exclusively external.

Regarding covid-19 liability. I have said this to a few employees at the grocery store and Walmart. In short, I understand your company's liability to ensure employees wear masks, allegedly to protect you and customers. Yet the facts show that masks do more harm than any proclaimed good. Thus your employer is harming you by making you wear a mask. Thus they are liable, for causing harm.

I first learned about this fifteen years ago from Marc Stevens. Regarding citizenship: This from https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/231/9 "Citizenship is membership in a political society, and implies a duty of allegiance on the part of the member and a duty of protection on the part of the society. These are reciprocal obligations, one being a compensation for the other." Luria v, U.S., 231 U.S. 9, 22. (1913) Government has no duty to protect: This from https://mises.org/power-market/police-have-no-duty-protect-you-federal-court-affirms-yet-again: "This latest decision adds to a growing body of case law establishing that government agencies — including police agencies — have no duty to provide protection to citizens in general:" duckduckgo: https://duckduckgo.com/?q="no+duty+to+protect"&t=h_&ia=web Marc Stevens explains in 6 minutes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9-eImAWCqw

How long is it going to take companies and individuals to realize that there is a new way of doing business in the world (USA). It is forming Private Membership Associations for business and pleasure, and to make rules for any employees that you have regarding masks, etc. And that it is to sue government officials for going against the constitution in their stupid mask, etc., orders.

Perhaps Trump had all kinds of opportunity that he didn't use. But then, so do we. It might be different in Montana, but in Arizona, if you are stopped because your licence plate hasn't been renewed, Doesn't the statute say something to the effect of, "Every person shall maintain" some kind of up-to-date licensing? Your respnse when the officer stops you for it should be, "I shall" do this or that. Both are future tense "shall," and have noting to do with what is going on in the present. There is no reason to get a ticket for something in the present. Such is not in the statute. (Continued below.)

(Continued from above.) Further, in AZ statutes, the definition of the word "person" does not include a man or woman. At best the definition includes "individual," which includes "human being," which is not defined in the AZ statutes. But the definition of "human being" in Federal statutes pertains to a ward of the court, and not a man or woman. So, start to look at yourself, and not pick on Trump.

How is it that individuals and society increased prosperity twenty, thirty fifty years ago despite in having the new laws that have come since those times? How is it that individuals and society increasingly prosper today despite not having the laws yet to come over the next twenty thirty fifty years? Thanks Ernie. The quotes are in date order, so they start with Old Testament, then New Testament, Plato, Shakespeare, etc. into our times.... The older quotes give solutions to our problems today. Things haven't changed -- if only we would listen. I hope you will find some incisive, helpful quotes by famous people, experts in their field. This wisdom is free. The first quote I collected (in memory) came from my grandfather W.E. Carty around 1959. He was chopping wood in the woodshed and I asked him a forgotten question. I will never forget his answer. He was a great guy. Thanks again Freedoms Phoenix.

Nobody is required to use anything that Government offers. If people didn't, the offer would at least be shelved. But it might disappear altogether. So, it's the people through free agreement who use the offers that Government makes to them.

Seems to me that there are only two ways that your vote counts for anything. 1) When it influences those who decide who becomes a delegate to the Electoral College. 2) When it influences delegates to the electoral College to vote this way or that. --- Your real vote that counts, is when you take any law or governmental process to court in jury trial, to get it repealed or changed with regard to yourself. The second vote that counts is when you influence many people to do the same, so that laws and governmental processes are changed in and by government people, in government itself.

The fundamental, foundational point of American principle is the ownership of private property - a person's body, land, family, etc. The second fundamental, foundational point is and has to do with the relation of each person and his/her property to everyone else and their property. The third is the relationship of people and their private property to the usage (by any/all of them) of public property - property belonging to nobody. The fourth is fair and equitable adjudication between people when someone believes that his/her property has been infringed on by someone else, or by the rules set down by the group regarding the combined use of public property. --- Until all people see and understand these basics, there can be no national agreement.

The UK has mandated mask, yet there's skyrocketing number of cases... what's up with that? If masks stop the spread of covid, then the PCR test is seriously flawed, right? If the PCR test is accurate, then masks don't work, right? What's really going on? "Covid Doesn't Exist, We now have the proof!" https://www.bitchute.com/video/BJwRLmj7aWzQ/

I'd love this to be true, but I'm pretty sure ballots are printed locally, because they contain races and propositions at that level in addition to the national races. I'm not saying that Homeland Security couldn't slap an identifier on each ballot, but that would be a monumental task. A more likely approach to an election fraud sting would be to insert operatives into the ranks of election workers.

The Highwire with Del Bigtree - Court Strikes Down Newsom’s “One-man rule” - After over 7 months of violating the constitution by exploiting the current State of Emergency in California, Governor Gavin Newsom lost a lawsuit this week for his abuse of the executive order. The Judge issued a temporary injunction on his power of executive order. Assemblyman Kevin Kiley, who was one of the Legislators to file the winning lawsuit, came on the show to detail the important win for freedom in California. --- Newsom can appeal, but until he does, he is not allowed to make any more dictatorial rules. It is good and right to stand up for principles. But the principle that outweighs them all is the principle of faith in God. How long do we live? One hundred years? When we are gone, this world goes on, just as has it existed for thousands of years before we got here. But there will come a time of the end, when Jesus returns and takes all His people to the new Heavens and Earth, and this old one is destroyed because of corruption. So, stand up for good principles, but mostly prepare for your position with God in the New Universe.
