This article is language being used to confound the thinking of all people. When you sign the promissory note, you have created money. After all, the banker won't accept the note until you sign it. After you sign it, he makes a ledger entry showing new money coming into existence. Then he withdraws that money, and gives it to you in the form of a bank check or cash. --- One of two things happened. Either you loaned him the money and he paid you back, or you prepaid your loan. Either way, the whole transaction was complete at the time you got your cash/bank-check. When you repay the loan with interest over the years, you are enriching the bank with something that they don't deserve. --- It's always been this way. Doesn't standard law state that your "mark" can be considered your signature? If your mark is an "X," it's still your signature. If it's any other mark that you make, it's your signature. The signed votes would have to be taken to court, where each person who signed a vote would literally have to get on the stand and claim that it was his mark... each man or woman individually. This would take years, and cost $billions. --- The point is, all signatures the government receives without courtroom "viva voce" acknowledgement by the signer, are simply persons doing the signing, not men and women doing the signing. All signatures are essentially without meaning until they are adjudicated in court to have meaning. But if a man or woman outside of court upholds that a signature is real in his life, other people may accept the same if they want.

Remember one thing. US and State laws are put together by the governing body. But the laws are almost never used in court cases. What are used if not laws? Codes. Codes are transliterations of the laws that were written. Codes are generally put together by Thompson's, a company in Canada.

It's all supply and demand. If robots can do the job better, let them. Think of this. If robots took over all the jobs, we could all go on welfare at 10,000 times the going rate. We could travel. We could farm. We could climb mountains. We could bask on a beach. Robots would do everything, and for free, because they could be designed to do it all without pay. They could even mine the metals they used in themselves, and repair themselves. And if anybody wanted to, he could get out there and work for a fun living. Personally, I can't wait for the choice to be free from labor if I want.

(PART A.) We want robots to clean dangerous chemicals or radiation spills to save the lives of humans. We do not want them to serve us food. People need jobs, when all the jobs are taken by robots there will be no need for humans and that is a tragedy. Robots are mathematically based programs that mimic human biological thought processes. A philosophical statement that was made in Latin by René Descartes, usually translated into English as "I think, therefore I am" is not that we are unique as humans versus machines, we can be mimicked and uniquely so; but we humans need a habitat like earth and it is ours to populate not the machines, machines can exist in extreme hostile environments. When the fish begin to think and talk and build will we invade their sea territory and declare it ours will the thinking machine declare the sea theirs, no the issue is that we must not allow the sacrifice of humans for machines and leave the sea's beings evolution to them.

(PART B.) Will it be a better world with all jobs taken by machines so that people have no jobs, only if humans are given all they need to flourish. Capitalism unfortunately at this juncture in the scheme of machine evolution does not favor human existence, therefore the machines must be limited in their role to the extent that they be used to enhance the flourishing of human kind or the machines will be the enemy of mankind with extreme repercussions following. So take sides assert you are human and machines must serve us our stay out of our way. In terms of evolution God created humans and they subsequently evolve mentally, emotionally and in all ways, yet a machine can be built in a flash with any number of integrated systems to mimic human traits that took long periods to attain. The risk of humanity committing suicide by devising a machine that mimics humans and does not know that it is best it not interfere with the progress of humanity is a threat.

Did anybody else notice how Cuomo talks around what he says like it was a sales pitch rather than enforceable orders? Maybe he is trying to look like he has strength in what he says. But there just might be some attorneys in NY who are getting ready to sue him in some way for his "orders." Or maybe there is a recall started.

Widespread police behavior like this hasn't been happening, even though it happens on small-scale all the time. So people don't know what to do. Here's what to do. Invoice government people for damage payments. Don't make the invoice amount small. When they don't pay, take them to court on it. Wen they say, "But, but, but. Not wearing a mask is dangerous." I had thought that Iceland was reasonably a good place. And it might be. If the National Church is in agreement with blaspheming God - so that they do not get rid of their leaders who blaspheme God - they will fail, ultimately. There are millions, if not billions of viruses floating around in the atmosphere. And they have been there and in all people for thousands of years. All the PCR test has to do to make a pandemic, is select a virus - any virus - and multiply it in the test. Wullah! We have a case, and a pandemic of cases. The point is, there are at least two major things that the governor should have known ahead of time. One - he should have known that the virus pandemic was over at the end of June. Two - he should have known that he was usurping his authority over people and their freedom for no real reason. The first was an act of intentional ignorance, if he was ignorant of it. The second one makes it an act of tyranny against the people, and against his oath of office. And it is doubly so if he knew that viral pandemic was over by July. --- We need to take this to all States, and use it to bring all State pandemic-promoting authorities to trial, and if they are found guilty, life in prison or execution. After all, their actions have already killed some, and will kill many more as the economic downturn free-fall speed picks up speed.
