In democracy, the majority makes slaves of the minority. Then the majority delegates their power to a small group for implementation of whatever, and the small group makes slaves of everyone. Get rid of democracy. Unite via libertarianism where you are totally free until you harm someone, damage his property, or threaten him directly.

Almost everything done in government these days, is simply something to take your focus off the fact that, the only way government has anything to do with you at all is by contract or agreement. This goes for the Federal Government more than the States

Do it legal. Buy a cheap ranch that extends on both sides of the border. Then, make it into a Private Membership Association. Next, let a bunch of Mexicans who want to come into the USA join as private members. Being private, the doings within the PMA are outside of Fed Gov purview. Let the illegals enter the Mexican side of the ranch, and exit the USA side, driving PMA cars out into the public in the USA (make sure they are trained, well). All private. Take Gov to court for messing with private vehicles. --- Now, use your imagination to figure out where to go from this point.

You are seeing one of the basic ways that anyone can use to fight any kind of paperwork against them, from government or other. It's called ACCEPTANCE. If you don't accept the paperwork, you are not a party to the case. You have 3 days to return the paperwork, but do it fast. --- To strengthen your position, you might file with the court, a doc that expresses your desire to get injunctive relief from being charged as the person on the original paperwork, so that you are not attacked by law enforcement for mistaken identity, since you formally didn't accept the position of the party named on the original paperwork (possibly a subpoena, or an indictment). Your strength in your doc for relief is your claim of being a man/woman, whereas the original doc did not claim this. "i, YOUR NAME (even if it looks exactly like the name on the doc), man/woman, have not accepted..., and wish relief from harassment of the person named on the doc..."

There are many differences between science and stupidity / lies. Perhaps one of the greatest is that the statements made by scientists can, in some well defined way, bemeasured. In view of that, how about taking any geographic area over a period of time and comparing the deaths from all forms of vaccinations, to the deaths from measles. Oh, and ask a mother of a child with autism, if she would prefer that her child be dead? But you will not do that. Because... ??

You have the law of the people vs the law of the fast driver. The driver doesn't have to accept the summons. But if his driving is found guilty by the jury, the question becomes "Who is stronger?" --- The idea of the people is not to limit a guy in his freedom to drive. The people are only trying to protect their families and property. The driver is the aggressor, if only by threat. Hopefully the jury will remain friendly enough to use force in a gentle way - not to force the driver's car into the lake.

Impeachment and recall are two things that are available to all of the States. But there is something even faster. Nullification of any law - or all laws done by certain people in government. It's call jury nullification. Take a law to court in a trial by jury. If the jury nullifies the law, it is an effective local nullification. Looks like you are going to have to stand as a man, and sue the humans who are damaging you. If you haven't found which court cases are blocking you, your suit should help. Then sue those folks. I'm sure you can find enough people in your email list to help you with record keeping. If the people you sue don't appear in human being person, sell your default judgment that you get: Google "We buy Judgments." If they DO appear - make sure you have your ducks in a row ahead of time.

The point isn't ownership. The point is whether or not they are harming you with weather manipulation. If you are a farmer, and your crops are destroyed by weather control, the military people who are the culprits should be sued. The difficulty is getting evidence and proof.

Secession is essentially available without any of the present parts of the government (the States and Federal) having anything to do with it other than support it. How does this work? A Private Membership Association. A PMA supports the government, because it is the government that authorizes it to exist, over and over, with something like 70 major Supreme Court decisions, and the 1st, 4th, and 9th Amendments - and more. --- What if your PMA owned one big ranch on both sides of the Mexican/U.S. border. Mexicans join your PMA. They are welcome on any part of your PMA ranch.

A police officer who breaks the fundamental law of the 4th Amendment has broken his oath of Office, no matter what subsequent laws are. Statute laws are not above the 4th Amendment. --- Police people applied for the job voluntarily. When they obey illegal and unlawful orders, they are doing so voluntarily. If a judge upholds their illegal and unlawful actions, the judge is doing so voluntarily, and needs to be sued if he will not change upon notice. --- The state governor is the Chief Magistrate for a State. If he will not discipline his State judges, he is voluntarily guilty. Same with the judge as with a cop.

The Nuremberg trials show us that it is not the office that an official holds that is fundamental. Rather, it is his position as a man/woman that is the major factor in his/her relationships with other people. --- If a cop does anything that breaks the fundamentals regarding how to treat other people, he is guilty, just like the the WW2 German officials were found guilty in the Nuremberg Trials of poor treatment of other people. --- A cop without a man/woman can't do anything. If the cop breaks the law, it is a man/woman breaking the law. Sue the man/woman, not the cop. The law is the 4th Amendment.
