From the article at http://www.shtfplan.com/headline-news/after-the-feds-repeatedly-violate-mans-rights-and-property-he-sues_02222018, "In court filings, Texas officials have claimed qualified immunity, a legal doctrine that protects law enforcement officials." So in addition to attorney filings, now file man-to-man, not man-to-law enforcement official. File a simple claim in a court of record, so that the judge is out of it, and the tribunal (accuser, accused, jury) is all that makes up the court. Attorneys can advise, but only the tribunal can speak, except for the referee action of the judge: CORPUS JURIS SECUNDUM vol 25 section 344.

Gobekli Tepe is NOT the oldest religion in the world. The family is an older religion. Adam and Eve were the first family. Gobekli Tepe was buried, intentionally, under rubble; search and read. Why was it buried? Probably because it was a pre-Flood religion, the structures of which still existed following the Flood, and Noah and his sons and grandchildren buried it. Why did they bury it? Because it exemplified everything that God brought the Flood on the earth to destroy. Stop bringing back the worship of demons. Worship God.

"It seems that when federal agencies can't balance their books, they just plug in a number to make them balance." Ironically, so might I, were it not for many of those same federal agencies.

Stephen, You need to understand the difference between capitalism and fascism. How can there be capitalism when the money is created and simply printed by the government and we are regulated in every aspect of our personal and business lives. Capitalism is when the free market determines what they want to use as a medium of exchange and the government doesn't interfere in the economic activities and affairs of people and businesses. You're such a great writer, and truthful but stuff like this put a big cloud over your head for me and many others. many people make the same mistake, thinking that there is some degree of capitalism in our society thus when business is corrupt and gets away with it. it's capitalism that failed and not fascism that is allowing this to occur.

We need a hike in gas tax. It should be a 5-year thing, that hikes gas taxes about $5 a gallon over 5 years. Why? Because then gas will be so over priced that anybody could afford to make his own, cheaper. Those who would rather buy at the pumps will pay Government what Government wants. Those who make their own will gradually make us fuel sufficient in America. Finally, when we start supplying our neighborhoods, privately, Big Oil along with Government gas taxes will go down the tubes.

One interesting point to note is that, as of this writing, the number of unconfirmed Bitcoin transactions is around 9,500. Yet, the price remains around $8,350. When the price of Bitcoin was near $20,000, there were at times well over 200,000 unconfirmed transactions. The point is that the number of unconfirmeds has dropped far further than the price, percentage-wise. Why has the price remained so high? Is this the method that some shrewd operators used to keep the price high even though the number of transactions has dropped?

Ahhh... and why would you expect anything different. The entirety of the Christian religious system is based on authoritarian principles. But that is the basis of your religion. The first and foremost commandment is OBEY. Obey what? Obey who? Why god of course. But god does not talk to many of us, so we have to obey his representatives here on earth. And as YOUR bible says, in Romans 13, we are to obey our rulers. And of course, men love power and authority. How could you possibly have expected anything else from organized Christian cultures. The few that are not this way, like the Amish, are very tiny, and even they are authoritarian within their group. So if you have a complaint, take it up with the guy in the mirror

Old movies about Atlantis show this kind of device, even though the movie-makers had no idea that the thing they portrayed could actually work like they suggested. If such a laser can rip holes in space, parallel universe theory suggests that they will only be ripping into other universes this way. The dangers are immense, beyond the dangers of the hydrogen bomb. They don't know what they are playing with, just like some of the things of CERN are extremely dangerous in a different way.

The only democratic landslide that will happen is, the democrats will slide right down into the ocean, along with most of California when it slides off the edge. Bitcoin is weakening Soros. When the blockchain idea is incorporated into everything, freedom to contract will take over everywhere. The little people, both Democrats and Republicans, will all become Libertarians, automatically, via the blockchain. Soros will lose his followers.

Bitcoin is just the beginning. Ether coin is showing where this will lead. Counterparty and Colored Coins are doing the same. Bitcoin transfers bitcoins, a simple quantity, or number. The others are attempting to transfer ownership, kinda like bearer bonds. Once the idea of bearer bonds in the form of contractual ownership of any property, is worked into a blockchain idea in a practical way, it will be all over for banks, lawyers, and most of the government.

Why send the illegals back to Mexico or wherever? Rather (since they have kids who collect Social Security simply for being born here), put 'em in chain gangs and have them pick up the trash for little or nothing. After a while, they will think twice about coming here. Besides, since many of them are the ones who are throwing the trash all over the place, they would learn to not litter anymore.

Pastor Chuck? In the event you read this, stand up and make your other side into a man! Sure, you are a man in the way that you have guts, and stand up in the face of opposition and fight. Yes, you are a man in that kind of a way. Now be a man in the Constitutional way. Take any politician or Government official to task for harm he has done to you or others. Make a claim for damages from him in court, MAN-to-MAN, common law, without representation, and with the tribunal of you, him, and the jury (excluding the magistrate/judge). If you do this, then you will become a real man.

SB 1558 and HB 1343 have been introduced in the Florida House and Florida Senate this year. http://www.myfloridahouse.gov/Sections/Bills/billsdetail.aspx?BillId=62653 http://www.myfloridahouse.gov/Sections/Bills/billsdetail.aspx?BillId=62370 It has 3 committee assignments in the Senate and 4 committee assignments in the House. (this is good news because the more committee assignments the less of a chance it has of being passed). It has not been scheduled for any hearing at this point. (Also good news because they are quickly running out of time). It was also a Democrat sponsored bill in both the house and Senate. (Also good news because the Florida Legislature is run by Republicans and they do not give most Democrat bills a hearing). IMO this bill has no chance of being passed whatsoever. I doubt it will even get one hearing. For more information on Florida Legislation visit www.LibertyFirstNetwork.com

"So, what can we call a set of beliefs founded only upon the sayings of Jesus?" Don't know if you are aware of this, but a set of scriptures (or expurgated New Testament, if you prefer) created using precisely this criterion was compiled by none other than Thomas Jefferson, and I believe it is still available today.

figures do not lie, but liars figure. For the most part, to get here from almost anywhere requires you to go into the unknown and take risks. In general, that implies that you are smarter. This is supported by the following. If you look at those who are incarcerated in this country, about 3.3 percent of the native born are in some form of jail, while only 1.6 percent of foreign born are in prison. For the undocumented, it is a whopping 1.7%. A paper published by the National Bureau of Economic Research in 2007 http://www.nber.org/papers/w13229 found that immigrants had incarceration rates about one-fifth that of native-born Americans, and that the difference actually increased between 1980 and 2000. So, you can show us all the scary figures you want, and do name calling and cite specific horror stories. But the numbers give the lie to your story.

It seems to me more important what Jesus DID say. John 3:7 "Ye must be born again",Luke 13:3 "I Tell you, Nay: but except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish"

If it is in the Bible, Jesus said it. Why? John 1:1-5: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." Bible scholars will tell you that John, above, is talking about Jesus as the Word. The Word is the whole Bible. - Further, when the Old Testament says, "the angel of the Lord," it is talking about Jesus. Jesus said lots of additional things, that He didn't say in the in the Gospels of the New Testament.

Nice start. Now Trump needs to do it with the justice system, which tries to force or trick all litigants into their system, and out from common law. Why do they do this? Because in common law, the tribunal doesn't include the judge. It only includes the accuser, the one being accused, and the jury. The jury needs to be free from influence by the judge. Once that is accomplished, we will see the will of the people start to be exercised throughout the whole country.

It simply starts back up in a few days. Why? Because the people aren't organized enough to push back against the military that will keep the people from shutting it down for good.

Look at it this way. If the neighbors call the police on you, because they think that there is a family squabble and abuse going on, you have the camera recordings to back you up. Turn the camera off if you are going to fight.

Too bad he wasn't more educated. If he was, he would have done the schooling himself. Now he doesn't have any excuse when he finds that school is brainwashing his kids. He won't be able to get the school to easily allow their release. The school might even call in government to enforce that the kids MUST go to school for their daily brainwashing.

When you do the below "stuff," find out who signed any documents against you, and sue them for damages. What damages? They are making a complaint that you have harmed them or government somehow. If they injure you by their complaint - loss of time, loss of money, fired from job, kicked out of house or apartment, etc. - because they can't show the injury that you have done, get damage money out of them or their bond, plus court costs.
