Judge Smacks Down Biden's Texas Emergency Room Abortion Order

Since the Dobbs decision overturned Roe, the Biden administration has been trying to think of ways to force abortions on states that don't want them. A federal judge just shot down one such effort in Texas, according to the Washington Times.
