All empires/political systems come with an expiration dates. In the final analysis all political systems are an exercise in the art of self-destruction; only two observable characteristics can serve to distinguish between any of them: rate and degree. But there is right to carry your private property under the 1st Amendment, as adjudicated as the right to travel. Also, the right to do anything is guaranteed under the 9th Amendment. Running naked down the street is not offensive. It is a right, if one claims it as a right properly.

Why won't this work? First, serve several certified/verified notices over a period of several months to the squater to come to court regarding property rights charges that the owners charge him with. Include everybody who is squatting on the property... not only the main squatter. When they don't show up for court because they will lose their squatter's rights by being gone from the property, get the judge to sign a warrant for their arrest, to compel them to come. Supply the local sheriff with the warrant, so that he has to do his duty, and bring the squatters to court. Meanwhile, have a sympathetic party (agent of the owners) re-squat the property while the squatter is in court. --- Or some form of this.

Thanks for writing this very helpful article. The system makes every effort to remove any appearance in an agent of the state of the capability to become a better person. Those efforts are successful to a great degree, but they don't get the job done completely, which means it is still apparent to those who look that government agents have consciences and will err or simply decline a crucial piece of work which can lead to more moral outcomes. The most effective tool we have against the damaging influence of authority is publishing.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but it seems like the military brass is sliding around the real question. That question is one of protecting the public from insurrection within. The brass seems to be turning it into a question of politics within the military. Why? Has the military been infiltrated by the media and Big Tech? --- If I am a business owner or home owner, politics doesn't have anything to do with rioters harming me and destroying my property. Some people might suggest that politics is the motivation for riots. But such motivation doesn't make destruction of my property a political thing. Rather, it makes the lack of protection by the military to be a willful dereliction of duty by the military. If the military isn't going to do their duty, get rid of them and let the militia take over.

You love your children. And it would be kind of crude to say that they are your property. But essentially, they are your property. You made them. Nobody else did. So, you should own them. Certainly government shouldn't have any authority over your property, except if you sign their ownership over to government. You didn't do that, did you? You might have. The birth certificate is a transfer of property form. If you didn't sign it "non-assumpsit, (your signature)," you transferred your property to government. --- No meeting of the minds, so no contract? If you don't know about it, you can't do anything about it? All government can do is go by what is written - the birth certificate. If you don't like it, rescind your signature off this one, and do a proper one, with non-assumpsit before your signature.

Oh, by the way. Regarding the comment below. If my accuser, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, doesn't get on the stand and testify, my compensation from him/her for time wasted and for hardship from the arrest is $1 billion in gold. But if he/she simply dismisses the case, $10 billion in gold.

The most important point for the defendant, is his right in court to question his accuser, on the stand under oath/affirmation. Who is the accuser on the indictment? Oh yes, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. --- I don't want to question the representatives of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. They are not my accusers. At best, they might be some kind of witness. But I want to question my accuser, as allowed by law. I want to let him/her tell me how I have injured him/her, so that I can pay for his/her injuries, so we can be even. We don't even know that there were injuries, because my accuser, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, wasn't even honorable enough to let me know ahead of time that I was hurting him/her. VIVA VOCE, from my accuser, from the stand. Nothing else.

He accessed all these samples from where exactly? Are his results published? Are they published by the institutions he's named? The rule of law is NOT dead in America. It's simply not being used creatively by the people. Not all the people are dense, of course. Some use the rule of law. But even most of those who do, don't use it as effectively as they could. However, Net search on "Ammon Bundy" to see a guy who used the 12-person jury, twice, to thwart the US Government in semi-violent situations. Then wake up to the basics that Bundy isn't even aware of, it seems. Stand PRESENT in court, not represented by anyone, even yourself. And file against the judge if he doesn't let you.

Whoops! Caught an important error in the treatment of CO2 poisoning and it's a biggie. If the person is unresponsive or not breathing, begin VENTILATING them without the chest compressions. If the person is not breathing regularly get them on their back, open their airway and elevate their legs. If you have O2 use it. We don't perform CPR on a conscious patient and we don't perform chest compressions unless the person has no pulse. CPR involves bone breaking levels of force.

Amen! Great point. The world has lost a fair share of hippies to wood stoves in buses. You go off grid and all the sudden you got all this stuff generating CO2: propane fired everything, kerosene lamps, wood or pellet, stoves. A couple guys I knew of tried to recover heat from the water heater in their RV and died that same night. This might apply even more to newer RVs with sound gaskets and tight windows.

Well if all of the nitwits knock off 2% with all their methods such as spraying buildings and then transportation vehicles air kills 2%, masks to stop heard immunity kills 2%, masks to cause infection from the germ laden masks kills 2%, reduction of births from being masked and worried so as to prevent socialization prevents 2% of births, vaccinations that have not been tested kills 2%. Frosty if I do anything worth remembering now it would entail wildly stupid and counter-productive acts which result in incalculable human suffering. My goal in life now should be as quiet and forgettable as possible. My grave stone will read "He finally succeeded in being boring and he's sticking with it." I take pride in the fact that nobody asks me for advice anymore. I take lavish amounts of time to accomplish nothing and I'm good at it. I'm in my mode man. Now go ride a bike. ;)

I've stuck with "global military empire" for years but we seem to have an amalgam of oligarchy, technocracy, military empire, fascism (as in merger of state and corporate power ala Musollini) along with socialism and a brand of patriotism I'd call cultish. But hey good news, we don't really have a state religion anymore unless faith in the abolition of faith is a faith in itself.
