Good for them. As a private company, they have the right to use their platform to influence public discourse as they see fit, as newspaper and book publishers have done throughout the history of our republic. Criticism of the fourth estate as biased is often the "sour grapes" reaction of any side who has failed to effectively harness the medium. Of course they are biased. Even a nominally neutral platform will be labeled partisan if the unadulterated facts it reports tend to support one policy approach over the other, or if it tends to penalize speakers of one ideology more than its opponents, even for bona fide violations of its terms of use. Facebook, Google, YouTube and Reddit's platforms are private properties. They have the right to operate their platforms as they see fit, including to influence public opinion and to silence certain opinions entirely -- this is the essence of private property rights. These websites are not public forums because America is not a socialist state.

I've only just learned about Biometric ID since my driver's license is about to expire in 2 weeks and I've heard I must now get a 'Real ID'.. I live in Arizona now but my license was issued in Maryland. Is there any way to opt out? Thank you!

You just have to love the main-stream media. He would be ten times better than the Trumpster and any Dem in public life today. People are just too gullible for any political system to work and why so many political thugs have done so well in world history. I am sure he has nothing to worry about as long as he keeps his mouth shut about Clintons and Obama roll in this affair. If trump looses in 2020 all will be forgiven. If Trump wins the water is so muddied up that no evidence has been handled in a lawful manner and will have to be tossed out or cause a reasonable doubt in the hand picked jury and judges in his trial.

the statements must expose the party — in this case Sandmann — to public hatred, contempt and ridicule according to the judge. look what happened to him as well as the other students there, nearly kicked out of school, thousands of negative comments on social media. included many offers he needed to be taken behind the wood shed. Iran is only using their nuclear dev program as a diversion tactic to silent the Superpowers from voicing concerns over their unbelievable quick achievements on the battle fields as well as their genius influential campaigns to win the minds of other old school religious populations across the Middle East. Iran’s goal is to become the Major global SuperPower, not regional. Iran is racing fast toward this goal. The goal, unfortunately’ will, in their minds, be finalized by them reclaiming Israel and just as bad, starting an internal civil war in Saudi Arabia that will drive the royals out. No stopping them, unless Europe and Russia recognize their goals will be successful in the Supremes leaders lifetime, and he is pretty old. I respect our current President and party and intelligence force for recognizing Irans true intentions before being any more part of the Nations who are financing Iran’s Goals.

do not see an advantage for having an electric truck. How long is charge time assuming your down to say 20% charge? How many miles can you go at highway speeds carrying a full load. before you hit the 20% limit? How many charge stations will be available. especially in rural areas? How long will the battery's last? Cost verses gas or diesel models.

Before accepting this as fact, be aware of Sep 30 2014 web entry at Prophetic Revelations, referring to a 2005 speech "leaked" - and providing it in entirety. Although a different individual is given as Defense Minister ("Mr. Chi Haotian, Minster of Defense and vice-chairman of China’s Central Military Commission"), it reads much like what is given at Hodges' website. This brings us to the biggest secret hidden in plain sight in the Constitution. Look through the Constitution and find how many times the word PEOPLE is used. The look again and count the number of times PERSON or PERSONS is used. Why are they both used? What's the difference between PEOPLE and PERSONS? The Constitution writers and signers and founders knew. PEOPLE are flesh and blood human beings, MEN/WOMEN. PERSONS are the names on contracts and agreements. PEOPLE have unlimited power to contract into and out of anything. PERSONS only have power according to the contracts and agreements. If MEN/WOMEN don't like a contract they made, they can contract out by rescinding their signature. If they harm anyone by opting out of a contract, only MEN/WOMEN of the jury have authority to convict them. Your personal data doesn't control you. You as a human being control it.

Whitehead is clueless. "Rule of law" is what got you where you are today. "Rule of law" is violence. You give certain people the biggest guns and let them rule over you. If you think that those with the biggest guns are going to allow those with smaller guns to rule over them, you're dreaming. The "rule of law" does nothing but protect those who don't have to be "ruled by law". No "rule of law" means that those who violate others can be destroyed without repercussion to those who were violated. Screw "rule of law". Use ostracism.

What matters is the results. --- The Preamble: We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. --- If you are harmed or threatened by government people, they are going against what government was set up for, and what their job is supposed to be. Take them to court under 6th, 7th, or 9th Amendments, personally, man-to-man, for harming you. If they don't provide results that go according to the Preamble, there isn't any reason for government or them.
