I can tell you why Fedex is experiencing a "downturn". Last spring I went into a local Fedex office to send out some court papers that needed to be in the next day and the four-eyed obese freak behind the counter tells me he needs my identification.... Yes, he wanted identification for me to send a letter!!! Even worse, it could only be specific government approved identification and the fat little tyrant would except nothing else, no matter what. To send a f#@%%#g letter!!! I've not used Fedex for anything since.
