The only reason that "innocent until proven guilty" doesn't work at times is, you are not properly rebutting the presumption of "guilty until proven innocent."

Being a defendant in a case, is almost never beneficial for you, and is almost always changeable by you.

Change your status of defendant to man/woman being wronged by filing your own case with the court clerk, right in and on top of the one they have against you. Make your case a common law, court of record case. If you do this, your case has to be heard first.

Your case should require anyone who has a claim against you to take the oath and get on the stand and speak his claim into the record. There must be real harm or damage, having been done by you, to the man or woman making a claim against you. There must be clear evidence that you did it. There must be at least one witness who "saw" you do it.

If no complainant/claimant gets on the stand or if there is no clear damage or if there is no clear evidence that it was you who did it or if there is no witness, you win and they lose. They have to have all the parts. If they don't have the parts, they lose. See: http://voidjudgments.com/.
