Denver man charged with 7 felonies for handing out 'jury nullification' fliers outside court

If, on the other hand, Iannicelli gets rid of his attorney, does not represent himself in court, but rather stands present, he has a chance. His chance improves when he demands a 7th Amendment jury of his peers. He will win if he forces this issue by making sure that the jury is a 7th Amendment one, one the decision of which can't be overturned.
Why will he win in this case? Because when he demands the 7th Amendment jury, he will be standing as a man, not as a citizen. But they won't be able to find any jurors who are not citizens. Thus, they will not be able to offer him a trial by a jury of his peers. Case dismissed.

The unhonorable Dennis Allen Rolf will be punished by the people for all his evil deeds. First of all he should have been fired in 2003 for hitting a person/car with his vehicle and leaving the scene. In and out of rehab as a drunk and who knows what other drugs, no wonder he looks so old but before he heads to hell for his corrupt ways he needs to be locked up in prison so he can harm no one else
