If I remember correctly... this is a monumental ruling.
Wasn't it this that all those federal agencies have been using to basically rule by fiat?
Agencies like the EPA & FDA have been largely free to look at a law, interpret it how they want, and then make up POLICY and weaponize that against companies, states, cities as they see fit
