Shalon Spaulding Noone, my wife, is being charged with "Endangering Welfare of a Child" (NH RSA 639:3); it is a Class A Misdemeanor with a jail time of up to one year, up to $2k fine, and to take a series of parenting classes, as the punishment.

This is a victimless crime where the state does not even claim a 1) a violation of a right; 2) a damage or injured party; 3) redress ability by the court.

The trial is this Thursday June 1st at the Concord 6th Circuit Court house - let's pack this court room. You can also send letters of support (info below).

Here are some facts about the case:

The cop (J. Gallicchioo) states in his report,

"...on March 18th...I noticed vehicle was running and the car was locked with the windows all the way up...I noticed plastic bags sitting on the seat moving up and down which looked to me like the air condition was on...the baby appeared to be breathing fine and appeared to be happy and healthy…

"...At the time officer Bilodeau and I did not see the daughter in any type of imminent danger and thought Shalon was able to take care of her. While I was next to Shalon, she opened her drivers' side door, and I was able to feel a cold breeze from inside the vehicle. Shortly after, Shalon left with her daughter."

The other cop (Bilodeau) states,

"...the juvenile then smiled and laughed at me…the juvenile did not appear to be physically hurt."

It is pretty clear that there was no endangerment of our daughter based on the report(s) of the officers.

But what I can tell you is the concord Police and the Concord City prosecutors office, NH DCYF (Child protective Services), and the governor Chris Sununu have a well-known history targeting and attacking [with victimless crime prosecutions of Free Staters (Free State Project (FSP.org) participants], anti-lockdown, anti-vaxx and anti-mandate folks.

We have many more examples of the State of New Hampshire attacking pro-freedom people who have not caused any injury or damage to anyone.

Some examples

1) Freedom minded State Rep JR Hoel whose family was harassed, and the state got an emergency order to remove his teenage children from their home for giving his kids the Nobel winning, very safe anti parasitic drug, Ivermectin. His legal bill was $38,000.

2) Pamela Jewell, Tyler Workman, and Rochelle Kelley where arrested and prosecuted for bringing their kids to a playground in Concord New Hampshire during the lock downs; Kelley was serving on the Weare School board and was actively taking a stance against the Mask and lock down mandates. Jewell and Workman where also apposed to the mandates and all three where active in Health Freedom NH.

3) Frank "Footloose" Staples was wrongfully arrested on charges of "disorderly conduct" for sitting quietly at an executive council meeting in 2021. Last week, his nearly two-month trial wrapped up with Frank found not guilty of the initial "disorderly", but guilty of the subsequent charge he received after he announced to the audience that he was being arrested in the back of the room. He intends to appeal.

4)The Case of the New Hampshire Noble 9.  On October 13, 2021, at a NH Executive Council Meeting, Governor Chris Sununu ordered the premeditated unlawful, unprovoked and unjustified political public persecution of 9 peaceful and virtually silent protesters; arrests which were carried out by the New Hampshire State Police without question or hesitation, leaving the entire room stunned, speechless, and mortified.

The 9 people arrested also support and participate in Health Freedom NH and Free State Project events.

Concord, NH Cops Want Armored SWAT Vehicle to Combat "Free Staters" (And Others)

In its grant application to DHS, the police department said New Hampshire's experience with terrorism "slants primarily towards the domestic type," and said "the threat is real and here."

"Groups such as the Sovereign Citizens, Free Staters and Occupy New Hampshire are active and present daily challenges," the application stated. In addition to organized groups, it cited "several homegrown clusters that are anti-government and pose problems for law enforcement agencies."

The car Shalon was using that day had a vanity Montana "FREEEE" license plate, and a two-foot wide "HEALTH FREEDOM NH" sticker on the rear window. 

My family hosts a home school event "ManCamp" that I started many years ago as an effort to build confidence in ManKind, via real work skill building such as blacksmithing, welding, farming, ranching, gardening, auto and equipment repair. Teaching our posterity how to be competent, independent, and free, because the aforementioned abilities are what the people who don't need government have.

Each week I host a ManCamp event where kids and their parents come to our homestead and learn how to, farm, ranch, garden, fix things, and most importantly how to earn their dopamine hits from working hard, the way all the rural American kids grew up many decades ago.

I am also building a series of lectures titled "Invest in Our Posterity" with a focus on encouraging parents to invest in the children so they grow up to be competent, useful, and valuable adults that can take care of themselves and to hopefully become the kind of people who don't need government.

My first lecture is titled "Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Device Junkies". It is a well detailed slide show on the most dangerous thing happening to our children; that being the use of intent devices.

I feel investing in our posterity, the old fashion way, is how I can build our Culture, so the next generation is a generation of strong men

My posterity investments have been put on hold by the Concord City Prosecutor, and are disrupting my family, our community, and our local culture.

NH DCYF started harassing us (in response to the March 18th event with concord PD) in April of 2022; when DCYF contacted my family, I told them "I reject your offer to contract with me".

Then NH DCYF escalated the situation by getting an order from family court (another evil institution) and in said order the social worker (Melissa Coombs) lies under oath in an affidavit (perjury); (we have the evidence) and then lies again in a second affidavit to get a contempt of court charge against Shalon and I for not contracting the services of NH DCYF

The Henniker Chief of police had to motion to intervene because the DCYF social worker clearly lied for at least a second time by stating that, "Henniker Police told us the Noones where anti government, dangerous and live on a compound" along with other lies where the social worker claims where "...[facts] provided by the Henniker police…"

What it is very clear to us in the freedom community who wants to "...limit government to it's maximum authority is the protection of life, liberty, and property..." (mission statement of the Free State Project), are being attacked by the people whose power we want to limit.

Like all parasites the State will attack with their hither swarms of officers, as we the people peacefully choose not to contract (feed) with said State.  We all have the right to be left alone, as long as we do not trespass on the rights of others.
