Very few seem to think a CBDC could be imposed within the next few weeks. Two days ago, I awoke, maybe after a nightmare, with a very plausible and disturbing answer to this question, "how could the cabal of criminally insane technocratic tyrants impose a CBDC the soonest?" That answer stuck in my mind and grew. A very plausible, logical and awful process continued to emerge.
