Coverup of US Bioweapons Development in Nazi-Infested Ukraine

Last April at the Security Council, Russia's deputy UN envoy, Dmitry Polyansky, minced no words as following, saying:

Russia's Defense Ministry "discovered evidence that Ukrainian authorities, supported and directly sponsored by the US (war department has been) implementing dangerous projects and experiments as a part of military biological program."

In flagrant breach of the 1975 Biological Weapons Convention, hegemon USA operates hundreds of labs worldwide for development of banned bioweapons.

For decades, the empire of lies and forever wars on invented enemies has been funding and supervising development of bioweapons for war-making.

Russia has documented evidence of US labs in Ukraine for development of these banned weapons.

In response to Russia's call for establishment of a Security Council commission to investigate US development of bioweapons development in Ukraine, hegemon USA, along with vassal states Britain and France killed the proposal.

China alone supported it. Ten other SC member-states abstained.

In response, Polyansky said the following:

"We regret that the Council failed to invoke the mechanism provided for in Article 6 of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC)." 

According to its provisions, "each state party to the Convention undertakes to co-operate in carrying out any investigation which the Security Council may initiate, in accordance with" what the UN Charter mandates. 

Yet US-dominated Britain and France "placed themselves above the law" by breaching what they're mandated to comply with. 

Once again, "they proved ready to trample on every norms and infringe on every rule" – in pursuit of their diabolical aims.

"Regardless of" their trampling on on the rule of law — their longstanding way of operating — Russia "retains our questions to (hegemon USA) and (Nazi-infested) Ukraine."

"We will continue to act within the BTWC framework and make necessary efforts to establish (indisputable evidence of) violations by the (empire of lies) and Ukraine of obligations under the BTWC in the context of the activities of biological laboratories on Ukrainian territory."

"Sooner or later, all perpetrators will have to be accountable for such illegal activities in front of the global community."

"We will continue taking efforts to strengthen the BTWC regime in the interests of ensuring our national, as well as regional and global security."

"In particular, we will take such efforts during the Ninth Review Conference of the Convention that is scheduled to take place in Geneva on November 28 - December 16, 2022."

Operating extrajudicially, hegemon USA and its Western vassals want their dirty linen hidden from public view.

They want victims of their criminality blamed for their diabolical actions.

Last March, NYT fake news falsely called indisputable Russian evidence of US biolabs in Ukraine "unfounded (sic)."

And this AP (fake) News perversion of reality on Wednesday's SC vote, quoting the Biden regime's so-called UN envoy, Thomas-Greenfield's bald-faced Big Lie, saying:

The empire of lies voted against Russia's resolution "because it is based on disinformation (sic), dishonesty (sic), bad faith (sic), and a total lack of respect for this body (sic)," adding:

"It is a milestone for Russia's deception and lies (sic)."

Russia's documented evidence is clear, unequivocal and indisputable.

Like the fake Biden and other regime officials, Thomas-Greenfield is paid to lie.

Truth-telling would get her sacked.

A Final Comment

As part of their fake news proliferation about Russia, the NYT and other MSM defied reality by falsely claiming the following:

Citing indisputable bald-faced Big Lies by Biden regime officials, the Times falsely claimed that "senior Russian military leaders…discuss(ed) when and how Moscow might use a tactical nuclear weapon in Ukraine (sic)."

No such discussion occurred, no evidence suggesting it.

The Biden regime, the Times and other MSM made the whole thing up as part of a relentless campaign to bash Russia and Vladimir Putin personally.

On November 2, Russia said the following on prevention of nuclear war:

Its ruling authorities are "strictly and consistently guided by the tenet that a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought."

The same principle applies to use of nukes in any form.

"Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to the use of nuclear or other mass destruction weapons against it or its allies, or in case of aggression against Russia with conventional weapons that endangers the very existence of the state," its chief of General Staff, General Valery Gerasimov, explained.

Russia will only use these weapons defensively under the above conditions, never preemptively.

And it stressed the following:

Its ruling authorities are "convinced that in the current complicated and turbulent situation, caused by irresponsible and impudent actions aimed at undermining our national security, the most immediate task is to avoid any military clash of nuclear powers."

Russia also calls for "a revamped, more robust architecture of international security based on ensuring predictability and global strategic stability, as well as on the principles of equal rights, indivisible security and mutual account of core interests of the parties."

Hegemon USA, its nuclear armed Western vassals and apartheid Israel alone pose the threat of using these WMDs preemptively — against invented enemies.

No real ones exist.
