In September 1946, the Truman regime authorized so-called Operation Paperclip.

The secret military intelligence program continued what was authorized during the final months of WW II. 

It was all about recruiting — and relocating to the US — many hundreds of Nazi scientists and war criminals with military and/or technical expertise.

Included were Hitler's military intelligence chief on the eastern front, General Reinhard Gehlen, and Wernher von Braun, Nazi 

Germany's leading scientist involved in developing rocket technology.

Uncharged for their involvement in war crimes too grievous to ignore, they were used by hegemon USA against Soviet Russia during the Cold War.

History not only rhymes, as Mark Twain observed, it repeats.

Last month, both wings of the US war party invited high-ranking Ukrainian Azov battalion Nazi thugs to Capitol Hill.

Glorifying Nazism instead of condemning it, these cold-blooded killers were warmly welcomed, including the group's co-founder, Giorgi Kuparashvili.

Yet a story demanding exposure and condemnation was ignored by Biden regime MSM press agents — to their disgrace.

Ignored as well was that since the Obama/Biden regime's 2014 Maidan coup in Kiev, US support for Ukraine included aid to Azov and likeminded Nazis. 

Yet the 1961 Foreign Assistance Act prohibits providing aid to governments engaging in a "consistent pattern of gross violations of internationally recognized human rights, including torture or cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment, prolonged detention without charges, causing the disappearance of persons by the abduction and clandestine detention of those persons, or other flagrant denial of the right to life, liberty, and the security of person, unless such assistance will directly benefit the needy people in such country."

Since 1999, annual congressional appropriations acts include the above prohibition.

It's also codified in Section 362 of Title 10 of the US Code.

The rule of international, constitutional and US statute law never interferes in dirty business as usual by the empire of lies and forever wars on invented enemies.

Azov and other Ukrainian Nazi thugs are used by hegemon USA to wage war on Russia.

On Thursday, Russia's US envoy, Anatoly Antonov, minced no words as follows, saying:

"(I)n a maniacal desire to 'denigrate and abolish' Russia, (the Biden regime and Congress) resorted to glorify(ing) Nazism, against which the peoples of our countries heroically fought during World War II."

Designated as a terrorism organization by Russia, Antonov added the following:

Invited to the US, Azov Nazis met with congressional members and addressed "students (at Stanford and other) top universities."

"There is no doubt regarding the kind of ideas the Ukrainian terrorists — with blood on their hands from the killings of civilians — are spreading." 

"Let us recall the martyrs of Odessa, burned alive in the House of Trade Unions in May 2014."

"(E)lderly, women and children of Donbass (continue to be) killed in atrocious and barbaric shelling by (Ukrainian) neo-Nazis."

Their "official symbol is a sign of one of the SS divisions of Nazi Germany."

In 2019, Trump regime secretary of state, Pompeo, designated Azov Nazis as a terrorist organization.

In the same year, the New York-based Soufan Center — an NGO focused on "counterterrorism, violent extremism, armed conflict, and the rule of law" — said the following about Azov Nazis:

Calling them an "ultra-nationalist white supremacist paramilitary organization," the Center slammed their members as "violent extremist(s)," adding:

"This group maintains its own 'Western Outreach Office' to help recruit and attract foreign fighters…"

Its members "travel to train and connect with people from like-minded violent organizations from across the globe."

"Operatives from the outreach office travel around Europe to promote the organization and proselytize its mission of white supremacy."

"In July 2018, German-language fliers were distributed among the visitors at a right-wing rock festival in Thuringia, inviting them to be part of the Azov battalion…"

They were urged to "join the ranks of the best to save Europe from extinction." 

The group "also established youth camps, sporting recreation centers, lecture halls, and far-right education programs, including some that teach children as young as 9 years old military tactics and far-right ideology."

"This aggressive approach to networking serves one of the Azov battalion's overarching objectives to transform areas under its control in Ukraine into the primary hub for transnational white supremacy." 

According to Antonov, congressional members earlier were shocked by the Soufan Center  report.

Yet as part of hegemon USA's war on Russia, the Biden regime and Congress support the scourge of Nazi-infested Ukraine, including Azov thugs.

The organization was designated a terrorist organization and banned in Russia for good reason.

Yet the empire of lies and forever wars supports its cold-blooded killers — using them as expendable proxy foot soldiers for combat against the Russian Federation.

For good reason, Russia's liberating SMO intends to deNazify Ukraine and hold its war criminals accountable for what's too grievous to ignore.
