Framing Trump by Planting Evidence?

Followers of my writing know I'm a sharp Trump critic.

They also know that I strongly support peace, equity, justice and compliance with the rule of law.

I deplore all things related to wars and actions by anyone to hurt others, notably by those in power against the powerless — or anyone else, including against a former US president, especially for "trumped" up reasons.

There's no ambiguity about what's behind last Monday's police state raid on Trump's Mar-A-Lago residence by America's Gestapo.

It's all about wanting him more demeaned than already by undemocratic Dems and their MSM co-conspirators.

They want him criminalized.

Their aim is to prevent him from running again for reelection to the nation's highest office in 2024.

It's part of an overall effort by undemocratic Dems to remain empowered — after usurping it in 2020 by the most brazen election fraud in US history.

They'll most likely try to rig upcoming midterms and 2024 federal elections.

No just cause existed to raid Trump's Florida residence.

So it was invented, how all police states operate in pursuit of the diabolical aims.

The unsealed warrant unjustifiably justified Monday's politicized Mar-A-Lago raid to seize:

"All physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessed in violation of 18 USC §§ 793, 2071, or 1519, including the following."

18 USC 793 — Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information 

18 USC 2071 — Concealment, removal or mutilation 

18 USC 1519 — Destruction, alteration or falsification of records in Federal investigations.

Trump is being investigated for possible violations of the long ago outdated 1917 Espionage Act.

A WW I relic, it pertained solely to the war, unrelated to anything in its aftermath.

What never should have been used for any purpose thereafter was extrajudicially used against Chelsea Manning and Julian Assange — as part of hegemon USA's war on protected speech, truth-telling media and academic freedoms with intent to abolish them.

Trump is also being probed for possible obstruction of justice.

According to dubious claims by America's Gestapo, material seized at Trump's residence included  "various classified/TS (top secret)/ SCI (sensitive compartmented information) documents."

They also included four items called "miscellaneous top secret documents," three labeled "miscellaneous secret documents," two others described as "miscellaneous confidential documents," and one "confidential document."

Trump's former director of national intelligence (DNI), John Ratcliffe, minced no words, saying that it's "virtually impossible to legally prosecute the former president for alleged mishandling of classified material.

Trump's spokesman, Taylor Budowich, said the following:

"The Biden (regime) is in obvious damage control after their botched raid where they seized the (former) president's picture books, a 'hand written note,' and declassified documents."

Throughout US history, no sitting or former US president's personal residence was ever searched.

Nor were any ever prosecuted for alleged mishandling of classified material.

The action against Trump was unprecedented — for political, not just cause, reasons.

Trump's office tweeted:

"As we can all relate to, everyone ends up having to bring home their work from time to time."

Trump "had a standing order that documents removed from the Oval Office taken to the residence were deemed to be declassified."

According to a General Services Administration spokesman:

"As part of the services and support GSA provides to all outgoing presidents, GSA typically contracts for the transportation of items identified by the outgoing president as necessary to wind down the affairs of their office."

"The responsibility for making decisions about what materials are moved rests entirely with the outgoing president and their supporting staff."

For good reason on Friday, Trump suggested that the FBI may have planted evidence in documents it seized from his Florida residence to unjustifiably frame him — with intent for the Biden regime's DOJ to prosecute him on phony charges, stressing:

The "(n)uclear weapons issue is a hoax, just like Russia, Russia, Russia was a hoax."

"Two impeachments were a hoax." 

"The Mueller investigation was a Hoax, and much more."

"Same sleazy people involved."

"Why wouldn't the FBI allow the inspection of areas at Mar-a-Lago with our lawyer's, or others, present?"

"Made them wait outside in the heat, wouldn't let them get even close."  

"Planting information anyone?"

So far, everything lawless Biden regime hardliners, congressional Dems and MSM press agents threw at Trump failed — the police state Mar-A-Lago raid the latest shoe to drop.

Will prosecution of Trump follow on unjustifiable charges?

Will he be exonerated or convicted and sentenced to prison?

Will he be prevented from seeking  reelection in 2024?

Or will the diabolical scheme by undemocratic Dem backfire — increasing his popularity and making it more possible to win another term in 2024 for the nation's highest office?

Having failed to eliminate him from politics after years of trying one dirty trick after another, will Dem-controlled CIA hitmen accomplish this aim the JFK, RFK, MLK way?
