Grain Deal During Perpetual US Proxy War on Russia

What was agreed on could have been arranged long ago.

There's been no Russian blockade of Ukrainian grain exports.

Russia's Black Sea Fleet opened humanitarian corridors from Ukrainian waters to the Bosphorus Strait.

From there, vessels can sail to the Sea of Marmara to the Aegean Sea to the Dardanelles to the Mediterranean Sea. 

Vessels into and outgoing from Ukraine can use Russian-established corridors as long as its offshore waters are demined.

As ordered by his US master, puppet Zelensky refused.

Belatedly, a deal was agreed on. Commenting on it, Sergey Lavrov said the following:

On July 22 in Istanbul, Turkey, two documents were signed.

They're "for the safe transportation of grain and food from the ports of Ukraine and Memorandum of Understanding between the Russian Federation and the UN Secretariat on assisting the promotion of Russian food and fertilizers to international markets."

Yet during talks before agreements were reached, the Zelensky regime "attempt(ed) to sabotage the bundled approach."

Russia stuck to the principle of free and open trade to world markets and prevailed over Kiev's politicized orders from its US master.

"Russia will honor its commitments" as agreed on. 

"The fact that (hegemon USA and its vassals) are using food in the interests of their geopolitical adventures is unacceptable and inhumane."

Signatories to the "Memorandum of Understanding on Russian exports of agricultural products was signed by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov and UN (imperial tool) secretary-general Antonio Guterres."

Russia's main goal is ensuring "transparent and unhindered shipments of (its) food and fertilizers, including raw materials for their production, to international markets."

This issue is notably "about removing obstacles that" hegemon USA and its Western vassals "created in finance, insurance and logistics and exempting these particular products from the restrictive measures imposed on Russia."

The agreement remains in place for three years.

A separate agreement for the export of Ukrainian grain from its ports is valid for 120 days.

Turkey was involved in brokering what was agreed on regarding Russian and Ukrainian exports.

Signing it on Friday revealed the "artificial nature of the West's attempts to shift the blame for the problems in supplying grain to international markets on Russia," Lavrov stressed.

Both agreements guarantee security for cargo vessels involved in transporting Russian and Ukrainian agricultural products to world markets.

Secure humanitarian corridors for safe passage are established from Odessa, Chornomorsk and Yuzhny through the Black Sea through the Bosphorus Strait to the Mediterranean Sea.

To prevent weapons smuggling from or deliveries to Ukraine, inspections will be conducted by Russian, Kiev and Turkish officials at ports chosen by Ankara.

A Joint Coordination Center is being established in Istanbul to include Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian representatives — to supervise safe passage of ships along agreed on corridors.

Will the agreements work?

Russia clearly won't obstruct them.

There's no certainty ever about how hegemon USA and Ukrainian Nazis intend to operate.

African Union Commission Chair, Moussa Faki Mahamat, welcomed what was agreed on.

As long as it remains in place, it'll help a part of the world where food insecurity, hunger, and at times famine take a horrific toll on millions of suffering people.

Russia is one of the continent's largest suppliers of grains, other agricultural products, fertilizers and fuel.

Because of made-in-the-USA supply disruptions by sanctions war on Russia and related actions, prices of these commodities skyrocketed throughout most of 2022.

Russia's lower house State Duma International Committee Chair, Leonid Slutsky, said the following:

The "agreement on grain export demonstrates in practical terms Russia's responsible approach to the issues of food security." 

"Let us hope that the results of the Istanbul talks will help ease the situation on the global markets and remove the risks of a food crisis."

"It is also important to ensure that all the signatories to the agreement implement their commitments."

Russia surely will.

It's very much uncertain if hegemon USA will refrain from obstructing it.
