After 14 months of JCPOA talks in Vienna, it's clear that dominant Biden regime hardliners and subservient E3 vassals never had any intention of complying with what's mandated by Security Council Res. 2231.

What's binding international law doesn't matter when conflicts with diabolical US "rules-based order" aims.

From when talks began in early April 2021 to the present time, the Biden regime — behind the scenes — willfully and maliciously sabotaged talks by unacceptable demands with intent to kill the JCPOA, all the while falsely blaming Iran for its own dirty tricks.

A resolution submitted to the IAEA — an imperial tool — by the empire of lies and E3 regimes Britain, France and Germany ignored full Iranian compliance with its SC Res. 2231 obligations.

Calling on Tehran "to act on an urgent basis to fulfill its legal obligations and, without delay, take up the (IAEA) director general's offer of further engagement to clarify and resolve all outstanding safeguards issues" ignored that US/E3 regimes, not Iran, are in breach of their JCPOA obligations.

On Wednesday or Thursday, the IAEA will likely rubber-stamp the US/E3 resolution.

At the same time, head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammad Eslami, said the following:

"The resolution that some in the board of governors are seeking will not impose new conditions."

"The agency must stop political influence within it and abide by its charter."

According to former Iranian envoy to the IAEA, Kazem Gharibabadi, the unacceptable resolution will not go unanswered by Tehran.

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian tweeted the following:

"Those who push(ed) (the) anti-Iran resolution at (the) IAEA will be responsible for (its) consequences."

Separately, Amirabdollahian said the Biden regime and E3 vassals "will undoubtedly be met with a proportionate, effective and immediate response from Iran."

Russia's envoy to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, tweeted the following:

"It becomes more and more clear that the intention of (US/E3 regimes in Vienna) to adopt a resolution on Iran at the IAEA is very counterproductive for the JCPOA."

"Russia will not associate itself with such a resolution in any way."

"Western participants in Vienna talks on the JCPOA submitted a draft resolution on Iran for adoption at the current session of the IAEA BoG."

"For unknown reasons, they believe that a resolution is the best way to address outstanding safeguards issues. Extremely doubtful."

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said the following:

"We will naturally respond to any unconstructive move at the board of governors firmly and appropriately, and those who view the board and the report of the agency's director-general as leverage for pressure and a tool for political games against Iran will be responsible for its consequences."

Chairman of Iran's parliamentary National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Vahid Jalalzadeh, noted that imperial tool IAEA director general Rafael Grossi's visit to Israel ahead of the agency's upcoming board of governors meeting "proved (once again) that" the organization is "political," not "technical" according to the rule of law, adding:

Before release of the IAEA's report, "Grossi announced his position against Iran in the European Parliament."

He and other anti-Iranian board of governors members "showed that they do not look for the truth."

Since its liberating 1979 revolution ended a generation of tyrannical rule under US-installed Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, Iran has been on Washington's target list for regime change.

The empire of lies tolerates no nations free from its control, especially not energy-rich ones like Iran in a part of the world where apartheid Israel seeks regional hegemony, along with its US paymaster.

Before greatly escalated Biden regime/Western sanctions war on Russia, Iran was the world's most heavily — and illegally — sanctioned nation.

Now it's No. two to Russia — because they're free from US control, because they won't sacrifice their sovereignty and rights of their people to a higher power in Washington.

Since the Security Council unanimously adopted the landmark JCPOA agreement in July 2015 — followed by its implementation on January 15, 2016, Iran has been in full compliance with its provisions.

In stark contrast, the US and E3 breached them time and again, wrongfully blaming Tehran for their own contempt for the rule of law.

When JCPOA talks began in Vienna 14 months ago, I said the following:

Dealings with the US directly or indirectly guarantees betrayal sooner or later.

Whatever the empire of lies agrees to isn't worth the paper it's written on.

On January 17, 2016 — one day after the JCPOA was unanimously affirmed by Security Council Res. 2231, making it binding international law — the Obama/Biden regime breached the agreement by imposing sanctions on Iranian officials for invented reasons with no legitimacy. 

What happened was a shot across the bow of what would follow.

Throughout 14 months of talks since April 2021, no breakthroughs were achieved, no intention on the part of the US and E3 to return to JCPOA compliance —just the opposite.

In early May, I called JCPOA talks dead in the water — because no good faith exists on the part of the US/West toward Iran.

Nor will this change as long as the nation and its people are free from US hegemonic control.

No Iranian nuclear threat exists as falsely claimed by the empire of lies, its Western vassals and nuclear armed and dangerous Israel.

No evidence suggests an intention by Iran to develop and produce nukes — what its ruling authorities abhor and want eliminated everywhere before they eliminate us.

Despite good faith Iranian compliance with its JCPOA obligations all along — and the rule of law overall — the landmark agreement has been dead since illegally abandoned by Trump in May 2018.

As I stressed 5 weeks ago, only its obituary — and postmortems — remain to be written.
