Co-operative Land Purchase

Written by Subject: Missouri

This letter was sent to us by Kristie Harper (Regeneration Nation) - Kristie's interview with Ernest HERE

Hi All,

We are finally ready to do a Land Purchase in Southern Missouri. It will consist of:

5- 10 Acre Unrestricted Lots with Community Recreation + Farmer Sponsorships creating Produce/ Profit Shares for Lot Owners.

At this time, our family is going to either purchase property and Sponsor a Farmer individually, establishing Food Security for ourselves and others, or we will facilitate a co-operative group purchase with the same purpose. This Community will Sponsor 1 Farmer per every 20 Lot Owners (Farmers are selected from the application process here https://rnation.us/sponsorships/ ). Farm Shares are included in the price of your Lot and do not require any additional payment for as long as you own the property. Shares can be received in either Produce or Profit Shares - chosen annually (for those who purchase remotely or just want business profits instead of actual produce).

Once subdivided, we guarantee that all Lots will be accessible and buildable with electric on site (wells are the standard in this area, with water in abundance), part open/ part wooded and located within 30 minutes of the 24,000 acre Lake Stockton and 1 hr of Springfield. When we make an offer on a parcel, you will have a 10 day notice to approve the land prior to Commitment. Once approved, purchased and subdivided, Individual Lot choices will be offered on a first come basis (from the order of checks received for Lot Reservation- 5% Deposit). Properties are coming and going very quickly at this point and land prices are rapidly increasing. Now is the time to purchase and create healthy Food Security.

If you would like to know the "Ins" & "Outs" of this offer- as Ernest Hancock would say "What can ya do, What can't ya do, and What do I have to do to participate?" I have attatched the info PDF to this email or you can read it online at https://rnation.us/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Land-Buy-Southern-Missouri.pdf

If you want to know more about our Community endeavors in general, you can visit our main site at https://rnation.us/. This opportunity is similar, but the purchase will be facilitated by our family directly, and will only include the Farmer Sponsorships (as opposed to also Artisan, Entrepreneur, etc) and there is a more limited Community Structure with no regulation beyond the Regeneration Membership Agreement (view here) https://rnation.us/about/membership/.

Love to hear from you all!
