Why Isn't Fauci Doing Supermax Hard Time for Josef Mengele and Genocidal High Crimes?

On Thursday, GOP Senator Rand Paul slammed fraudster Fauci for "repeated lies about the funding of gain-of-function research in (China's) Wuhan Lab of Virology."

Grilling more monster than man Fauci — one of the most loathsome figures in US history — Paul asked:

"You appear to have learned nothing from this (fake) pandemic."

"What you're doing is defining away gain-of-function...and what you've done is change the definition on your website to try to cover your ass, basically."

"Your repeated denials have worn thin."

Your "persistent denials…are not simply a stain on your reputation but are clear and present danger to the country and to the world."

"Until you accept responsibility, we're not going to get anywhere close to trying to prevent another lab leak of this dangerous sort of experiment." 

"You won't admit that it's dangerous, and for that lack of judgment…it's time that you resign."

The NIAID agency Fauci heads rebuked his high-risk gain-of-function research.

It calls it "a type of research that modifies a biological agent so that it confers new or enhanced activity to that agent."

In October, the NIH removed a section on this type research.

It was replaced with material that discussed what it called "enhanced potential pandemic pathogen" research.

The above was defined as "enhanced potential pandemic pathogen research that may be reasonably anticipated to create, transfer or use potential pandemic pathogens resulting from the enhancement of a pathogen's transmissibility and/or virulence in humans."

Resigning or sacking Fauci isn't good enough.

Crimes without punishment should never be tolerated — especially decades of some of the worst he perpetrated.

Along with his other high crimes, he's a serial liar.

On all things flu/covid — especially about toxic jabs designed to destroy health — virtually all Fauci's public statements are bald-faced Big Lies.

He lied calling Paul's accusations "egregiously incorrect (sic)."

He lied telling Paul: "You do not know what you're talking about."

Last May, Fauci falsely claimed that he never "fund(ed) gain-of-function research."

Last month, the NIH deputy director contradicted his claim in writing.

Based on the above, GOP Senators Cruz and Cotton accused Fauci of lying to Congress.

Cruz urged AG Garland to prosecute him for this crime.

According to an Intercept report, seven scientists — virologists or experts in related fields — said research Fauci funded meets the NIH's criteria for gain-of-function research.

Fauci not only lies when interviewed on television — a nonpunishable offense except in the court of public opinion — he's lied time and again under oath in testimony before Congress.

He's been a leading figure behind suppressing information on non-jabbing safe and effective protocols for treating and curing flu/covid.

Along with co-conspirators and MSM press agents, he's responsible for harm to countless millions of people and likely hundreds of thousands who died — not from flu/covid, from toxic jabs designed for mass-extermination, not protection against anything.

According to US law, the term "serial killings" means three or more with common characteristics.

New legal terminology is needed to define mass-extermination of countless millions, perhaps billions, worldwide.

By any definition, Fauci and co-conspirators are guilty of genocide.

According to Article 2 of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (1948), it's defined as: 

"(A)ny of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group…" 

It includes "killing members of the group, causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group, deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part, imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (and) forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."

The "group" Fauci et al targets is unwanted segments of humanity worldwide that includes countless millions or billions of people.

No punishment for this highest of high crimes is severe enough.

Never should those responsible for planning and perpetrating it stay unaccountable for what demands the harshest of harsh punishments with no letup as long as they haven't gone to the lowest level of hell where they belong for eternity.

A Final Comment

According to a Hill-HarrisX poll conducted in late October, 52% of US registered voters support Fauci's sacking.

The poll should have asked how many want him imprisoned, how many support capital punishment for his genocidal high crimes?
