D-Day for New York State Healthcare Workers

In early September, Biden's impersonator advanced things closer to full-blown tyranny by flagrantly breaching international and constitutional law, as follows:

He extrajudicially mandated health-destroying jabs for employers with 100 or more employees.

Wanting them fully-jabbed with toxins, their alternative is submitting to at least weekly PCR tests that if positive are nearly always false.

The Biden regime also requires healthcare facilities that receive Medicare and/or Medicaid payments to destroy the health of staff by mass-jabbing.

Federal employees are required to be jabbed or be regularly tested. 

So are employees of regime contractors. Jabbing is mandatory for US military personnel.

Business and facilities that ignore what's illegally mandated face stiff fines.

On Monday, the NYT reported the following:

"Tens of thousands of health care workers in New York appeared to be risking their jobs by defying the state mandate to receive a (toxic flu/covid) dose by Monday, setting up an early test for similar employer mandates across the US."

Left unexplained by the Times is the illegality of what's mandated.

Under international law, that's automatically constitutional law under its Supremacy Clause, all things health related require voluntary consent.

When it comes to the sovereignty and integrity of our bodies, no one may mandate anything we have a right to refuse.

Yet in "New York, Rhode Island, Maine, Oregon and the District of Columbia, health care workers must get (jabbed) to remain employed," the Times explained, adding:

"In California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Illinois," they may opt for regular testing instead — that fails to diagnose viral illness because of how administered.

If New York and other states fire or suspend thousands of nurses and other healthcare staff for refusing to destroy their health to keep jobs, healthcare in these states could implode with disastrous consequences for patients in need.

Choosing between protecting health and employment is no choice at all.

On Saturday, New York Governor Kathy Hochul said she's monitoring a looming healthcare worker crisis to unfold beginning on Monday.

She's preparing to declare a healthcare state of emergency.

She'll try to get healthcare professionals in other states, recent graduates, and retired healthcare workers in New York to make up for the coming staff shortfall.

Other options include use of National Guard members with medical training, as well as seeking federal help to deal with a looming crisis.

According to New York State's department of health, all healthcare workers at hospitals and nursing homes must be jabbed with at least one (toxic) dose by Sept. 27.

Staff of home care, hospice, and adult care facilities must be jabbed by October 7.

The mandate applies to out of state and contract medical staff employed in New York.

It remains to be seen how great a healthcare staff shortfall develops to begin straightaway.

At this time, it appears that many thousands of state healthcare workers reject the draconian mandate.

The same applies to public schools statewide. 

Many thousands of teachers and staff may be fired or suspended for refusing what no one should tolerate — once a temporary federal court order protecting their jobs is lifted.

In California, a shortfall of nursing staff reached crisis levels.

Businesses in many states may be negatively impacted if mandate toxic jabs for workers and other staff.

It's the wrong time for US workers, job seekers, and anyone requiring hospitalization.

The latter is especially true if become too ill from flu/covid to deal with it as an outpatient.

Protocols followed by many, maybe most, hospitals exclude what's safe and effective, going the other way instead with health-destroying treatment — making hospitalization hazardous to health.

New Hampshire education commissioner Frank Edelblut urged what should be obvious to everyone at all times, especially now, saying days earlier:

"How about health(y choices) as a (flu/covid) exit strategy?

Getting and staying healthy is the best way to minimize the risk of illness, including flu/covid.

"If ever you needed a reason to make a commitment to get healthy, (what's going on) could be just the ticket."

A Final Comment

Monday afternoon in New York City's Foley Square, a planned citywide walkout is scheduled to protest against unacceptable flu/covid jabs as a condition of employment.

Last week online, an outraged woman said the following:

What's going on "is the worst psychological operation in history" that includes fear-mongering.

"We can no longer continue to go this way. Our jobs are on the line."

"I'd rather stand free, I'd rather eat food from the dumpster, than get injected with this bioweapon."

"This is an assault on our humanity." 

"And if we don't have control over what we put into our bodies, we're nothing but slaves and cattle."

Now is the time for New Yorkers and their counterpart throughout the US and West to rise up and assert that they're mad as hell and won't take what's going on any more.

That's the way to defeat the dirty game of US/Western dark forces.
