Hegemon USA's Ugly Face

by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org - Home - Stephen Lendman)

Forever war on humanity at home and abroad is longstanding US policy.

Raging domestic war is all about destroying public health for ordinary Americans — on the phony pretext of preserving it — with depopulation and Great Reset ruler/serf tyranny in mind at home and worldwide.

The legacy of forever US wars in multiple theaters is blood-drenched mass slaughter and destruction.

It's appalling human misery, starvation of millions, and countless millions of corpses.

It's time and again breached promises, proof-positive that its word is never its bond.

On Thursday, Al Jazeera said the Biden regime and Pentagon provided "few answers for Afghans left behind," adding:

US/NATO regimes "pledge(d) to continue to help vulnerable Afghans relocate" — their promise unfilled.

Abdul Matin Amiri is one of "tens of thousands" of betrayed Afghans who worked for the US and partners during years of occupation.

In 2016, "he first applied for a special immigrant visa (SIV) available for Afghans who worked for the US."

"I'm really scared," he said after US withdrawal ended on August 31, leaving him behind.

Days before Taliban forces entered Kabul, he was falsely told that his 2016 SIV application was "still under review (sic)."

Promised US/Western help to evacuate all Afghans wanting to leave who provided services for their regimes during 20 years or occupation is nowhere in sight after withdrawal ended.

On Tuesday, interventionist Blinken's spokesman Price falsely called US withdrawal efforts from Afghanistan a "diplomatic, military, and humanitarian undertaking (sic), a noble mission (sic), an incredibly effective one (sic)."

Along with forever wars on humanity at home and abroad, mass deception is longstanding US policy.

After raping and destroying Afghanistan, the Biden regime focused solely on withdrawing Americans and Afghans of value to its imperial aims, others left behind like Amiri.

Of no further use to Washington in the country, he and his family are on their own to get by.

According to the International Refugee Assistance Project's strategy director Betsy Fisher:

"There were tens of thousands of (Afghans) with close US connections" left behind with no known plans to help those wanting to leave.

With Washington's Kabul embassy closed and diplomatic staff gone, Afghans wishing to leave have no way of applying for SIVs.

An Afghan named Ezatullah — his last name concealed at his request — tried multiple times in vain to get an SIV before US and UK withdrawal ended.

His emails to their embassies while still staffed were unanswered.

With their diplomatic facilities closed, he has no idea what other options exist, likely none.

Days earlier, a Biden regime statement said around 7,000 Afghan SIV holders arrived in the US.

According to Association of Wartime Allies director Kim Staffieri:

There's a vast disparity in numbers of evacuated Afghans and tens of thousands abandoned who were promised help to leave.

She believes up to 80,000 Afghans are eligible for SIVs, only a few thousand evacuated after getting one.

An estimated 250,000 Afghans eligible for P-2 visas left behind include former employees of US organizations, Staffieri adding:

It's important "to understand that those folks who were waiting for chief of mission SIV approval or held up for other unknown reasons were left behind through no fault of their own."

"What I would really like to make clear to the American public is how many people the (Biden regime) failed."

Uncaring about them when no longer needed, hegemon USA abandoned them.

In response to leaving hundreds of Americans behind to fend for themselves, an unidentified US 82nd Airborne Division colonel told former US special forces soldier/war correspondent Michal Yon:

"We are f….ing abandoning American citizens," including at the Kabul airport, Yon saying:

"We had them out there waving their passport screaming, 'I'm American."

"People were turned away from the gate by our own army" personnel.

By email to an army major involved in the botched withdrawal, he said:

"You guys (stranded) American citizens at the gate of the Kabul airport."

"Three empty jets paid for by volunteers were waiting for them."

"You and I talked on the phone. I told you where they were."

"Gave you their passport images. And my email and phone number. And you left them behind."

"Great job saving yourselves. Probably get a lot of medals" — instead of punishment for betraying hundreds of abandoned Americans.

On US television, Biden regime national security advisor Jake Sullivan falsely said neither he or CENTCOM commander General Kenneth KcKenzie knew anything about abandoned Americans — a bald-faced Big Lie.

An unnamed US Lt. Colonel stressed otherwise.

In response to the botched withdrawal, GOP Senator Ron Johnson said the following:

"I'm not sure what planet Biden and members of his (regime) are on, but here on planet earth, withdrawal from Afghanistan (was) an abysmal failure," adding:

"What we've been hearing from people working the evacuation is completely different from the rosy (White House/State Department) spin."

In all US war theaters, concern is only about mission objectives — Americans and others involved of no consequence.

When no longer needed, they're left on their own abandoned.
