Biden Regime Declares War on Afghan Sovereignty

In the wake of Afghans regaining freedom from US hegemonic control, Treasury secretary Yellen — in cahoots with interventionist Blinken and other Biden regime hardliners — froze nearly $10 billion in the country's central bank assets at the NY Fed and other US banks.

According to an unnamed official in Washington, "(a)ny central bank assets the Afghan government has in the US will not be made available to the Taliban." 

The move aims to punish the nation for regaining its sovereign independence, along with targeting its new ruling authorities and long-suffering people.

Last Friday, acting Afghan central bank head Ajmal Ahmady learned of the diabolical move — denying the Taliban access to the nation's own money.

Illegal Biden regime sanctions on Afghanistan are highly likely, along with other draconian steps to wage war on the country by other means — perhaps with intent to be hot ahead after 20 years of US aggression on the nation and its people.

Biden regime national security advisor Sullivan suggested that draconian sanctions are coming, saying:

The US "will…use every (punitive) tool" in its arsenal to retaliate against the Taliban.

Turning truth on its head, he falsely claimed that hegemon USA "believe(s) passionately in human rights and human dignity (sic)" — ignoring its war on humanity at home and abroad.

He lied saying US regimes "gave 20 years of American blood, treasure, sweat, and tears in Afghanistan (sic)."

They raped, destroyed and immiserated long-suffering Afghans more than already, massacring millions.

A further litany of bald-faced Big Lies followed.

Left unexplained are virtually certain Biden regime moves to try regaining control over what was lost by whatever it takes in pursuit of its diabolical aims.

Months earlier, US inspector general for Afghanistan reconstruction John Sopko said Washington funds about 80% of the country's budget — no longer with the Taliban in control.

Center for Economic and Policy Research co-director Mark Weisbrot slammed the Biden regime for freezing Afghan assets, saying:

It's "telling the Taliban that the US government wants to destroy them and their country's economy."

It's longstanding US practice against nations, their ruling authorities and people free from its hegemonic control.

Along with draconian US sanctions, it the Biden regime pressures world community nations to cut off aid to Afghanistan, the toll on its people is likely to be devastating — Washingon to have more blood on its hands than already.

According to US-installed NATO puppet head Jens Stoltenberg:

Bloc countries "suspended all…financial and other kinds of support to the Afghan government because there is no Afghan government for NATO to support (sic)." 

On Tuesday, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said its governance will be "differen(t)" from its earlier rule.

He pledged support women's rights, media freedom, and amnesty for ousted Ghani regime officials, adding:

The Taliban seek peace and cooperative relations with other nations.

Its ruling authorities won't let Afghan territory be used for cross-border attacks.

"I would like to assure the international community, including the US, that nobody will be harmed," he stressed.

"We don't want any internal or external enemies."

On Tuesday, China's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said the following:

"As Afghanistan's largest neighbor, China has always respected (its) sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, adhered to non-interference in Afghanistan's internal affairs and pursued a friendly policy toward the entire Afghan people," adding:

"China has all along maintained contact and communication with the Afghan Taliban on the basis of fully respecting Afghanistan's sovereignty and the will of all factions in the country, and played a constructive role in promoting the political settlement of the Afghan issue."

China respects the right of Afghans to choose their own ruling authorities — free from outside interference in the country's internal affairs.

Beijing wishes "to develop good-neighborliness and friendly cooperation with Afghanistan and play a constructive role in" working cooperatively with its new government.

China and Russia are expected to formally recognize the Taliban as Afghanistan's legitimate government ahead.

Both countries will likely be involved in the nation's reconstruction. Their embassy officials and staff remain in Kabul.

The Taliban assured "all embassies, diplomatic centers, institutions, places and foreign nationals" in the capital would be safe.

On Monday, Moscow's envoy to Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov expressed hope for constructive relations with the new government, adding:

"(T)he Taliban have seemed to me for a long time much more prepared for negotiations than the (US-installed) puppet Ghani" regime now ousted.

He should "be brought to justice and held accountable by the Afghan people."

On Tuesday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova slammed the US/Western humanitarian and political crisis in Afghanistan of their own making, stressing:

Once again, the US-dominated West "bequeath(ed) yet another crisis to the world and to future generations," adding:

"Before that, (it did much the same to) Libya, Iraq, Syria," and other nations it preemptively attacked.

Millions of corpses and vast destruction attest to its barbarity.
