Biden Bashes Russia

Biden, hardliners around him, and nearly all other politicians and bureaucrats in Washington are militantly hostile toward nations free from imperial control -- notably China, Russia and Iran.

On February 26, Biden's double (JB below) reinvented the Obama/Biden 2014 coup in Ukraine.

Their regime transformed democratic governance into fascist tyranny, a dagger targeting Russia's heartland.

JB falsely blamed Moscow for what followed. US hardliners notoriously blame other nations for their own crimes of war, against humanity, and other dirty tricks.

In March 2014 by referendum, 96.77% of Crimeans voted to rejoin Russia -- choosing freedom over US-installed despotism in Kiev they wanted no part of.

Crimeans got what's absent in the US-dominated West -- democracy as it should be, not the fantasy version in America, European countries and Canada.

International observers praised the Crimean process. Voting went peacefully and smoothly. 

It was scrupulously open, free, and fair. No irregularities occurred. None were seen. 

There was no pressure or intimidation, no election rigging, no brazen fraud like what occurs in the US. 

Not a single Russian soldier was in sight. None invaded. None occupy Crimea. Claims otherwise were fabricated. 

Turnout was unprecedented,  exceeding 83%. In Sevastopol, it was 89.5%.

A scant .72% of ballots were declared invalid.

Crimean Prime Minister Sergei Aksionov addressed a Simferopol rally, saying:

"No one can take away our victory. We are going to Russia." 

"We are going home," he added. "Crimea within Russia. Hooray, comrades."

Parliament Speaker Vladimir Konstantinov added: "We have done it! You have done it!" 

"This is our victory, and nobody can take it away from us."

Sevastapol city government deputy Ludmila Balatskays was overjoyed, saying:

"Today is the greatest day of my life. We are returning to mother Russia."

"I was just a little girl when they just informed us that Crimea was now Ukraine. Everything fell down around me."

"We are Russia. We have always been Russian people in our souls here in Crimea, but today that becomes a practical reality again."

Similar sentiments were expressed by other Crimeans.

The Obama/Biden regime rejected the self-determination for Crimeans that's affirmed by the UN Charter and other international law. 

It's a universal right of all people everywhere with no foreign or other interference legally allowed to deny it.

The 1941 Atlantic Charter, adopted by America, Britain and their allies during WW II, affirmed the right of self-determination, its principles including no territorial aggrandizement, no territorial changes made against the wishes of the people – self-determination, restoration of self-government a universal right for all people everywhere.

The UN Charter affirms "the principle of equal rights and self-determination of people…"

Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) states:

"All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right, they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development."

Article 15 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states "(e)veryone has the right to a nationality (self-determination). No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his (or her) nationality nor denied the right to change his (or her) nationality."

In December 1960, UN General Assembly Resolution 1514 granted independence to colonial countries and their people, affirming their right of self-determination.

At the time of Crimea's referendum, Russian lower house State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin slammed US-led Western hypocrisy – rejecting Crimean self-determination, while recognizing illegitimate Kiev rule, installed by a brazen Obama/Biden regime coup.

March 18 will mark the 7th anniversary of Crimean reunification with Russia. 

Putin earlier signed a decree, affirming near-unanimous sentiment of its people.

Russian parliamentarians overwhelmingly approved it. So did its Constitutional Court.

A Kremlin document said reunification was "based on the free and voluntary expression of will by the peoples of Crimea at a nationwide referendum, held in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol on March 16, 2014, during which the people of Crimea made the decision to reunite with Russia."

Two new Russian constituent territories were formed – the Republic of Crimea and Federal City of Sevastopol, given "special autonomous status."

Crimea's land border with Ukraine became Russia's state border. 

Crimeans automatically became Russian citizens. Those wishing to retain Ukrainian citizenship were free to do so.

Earlier when asked if Moscow would consider returning Crimea to Ukraine under any circumstances, Putin said:

"What are you talking about? Such circumstances do not exist and never will."

Crimea is sovereign Russian territory. It won't be handed to Ukraine or any other country for any reason.

Crimeans chose to rejoin Russia. Their status is permanent, not temporary.

JB's attempt to reinvent reality last week fell flat, his litany of bald-faced Big Lies fooling no one, saying:

"Russia violated international law (sic)…and sovereignty and territorial integrity of its neighbor Ukraine when it invaded Crimea (sic)."

Fact: No law was broken. No Russian invasion occurred.

Fact: Crimea is sovereign Russian territory. It is not "Ukraine." JB lied claiming otherwise.

Saying the US stands with Ukraine and its people turned reality on its head.

They're terrorized by the US-installed puppet regime.

No Russian annexation of Crimea occurred. JB falsely claimed otherwise.

Saying the US will never recognize events of March 2014 shows its ruling regimes reject self-determination and other fundamental democratic freedoms. 

"Aggression" is how the US operates on the world stage, not Russia -- prioritizing peace and cooperative relations with other countries, not waging forever wars to own them.

Saying the US "support(s) a peaceful, democratic, and prosperous future for" Ukraine is polar opposite its imperial aims, its abhorrence of peace and democracy as it should be -- at home and abroad.
