mpeach Trump Again?

The above seems like a TV rerun but it's not — not according to what the NYT called for to its disgrace. See below.

In December 2019, undemcratic House Dems impeached Trump on two dubious counts.

The politicized vote was along party lines. No Republicans supported the scam that was all about seeking  to delegitimize and weaken DJT ahead of last November's election.

Ignoring just cause to impeach Trump for crimes against humanity at home and abroad, along with other lawless actions, Dems falsely charged him with abuse of power (sic) and obstruction of Congress (sic)."

Neither charge was justified. Four House Dems broke ranks, refusing to support the scam. 

Ahead of the vote, Law Professor Jonathan Turley said the following: 

"You could impeach every living president" by the standards Dems threw at Trump.

It was defeated like every other dirty trick used by Dems and their press agent media against DJT — with one glaring exception:

Grand theft Election 2020 snatched Trump's triumph over Biden/Harris the old-fashioned way.

No legal justification existed to impeach — nor was Election 2020 open, free and fair.

Not satisfied with supporting brazen election fraud that benefitted Biden/Harris illegally over Trump — assuring their illegitimacy when taking office — the Times incredibly called for impeaching Trump again, with little more than two weeks left in office.

"Congress should impeach Trump again," it roared.

It dubiously cited his recorded conversation with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

It focused on brazen fraud in the state for Biden/Harris over Trump.

DJT cited a checklist of irregularities that denied him Georgia's Electoral College votes he legitimately won.

On January 3, Trump tweeted:

"I spoke to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger yesterday about Fulton County and voter fraud in Georgia." 

"He was unwilling, or unable, to answer questions such as the 'ballots under table' scam, ballot destruction, out of state 'voters,' dead voters, and more."

In the recorded conversation, Trump said:

"So dead people voted, and I think the number is close to 5,000 people." 

"And they went to obituaries." 

"They went to all sorts of methods to come up with an accurate number, and a minimum is close to about 5,000 voter."

"We did an audit of that, and we proved conclusively that (ballots) were not scanned three times."

He cited "a couple of hundred thousand of forged signatures" on ballots.

"The bottom line is, when you add it all up, many infractions (were) "many, many times the 11,779 margin that they said we lost by."

Does any of the above rise to an impeachable offense?

Clearly it doesn't, but not according  to the lying machine NYT, saying:

"(T)he only appropriate response to" Trump's conversation with Georgia secretary of state Raffensperger" is to impeach him "again."

Even by consistently low Times standards, the above plunged to new depths, reflecting the broadsheet's contempt for truth-telling journalism — the only way it should be.

It's virtually never in its daily editions on major domestic and geopolitical issues.

The Times is to truth-telling journalism what war is to peace, what equity is to injustice, what the rule of law is to flagrant breaches – what yellow journalism is to the real thing.

Times management and editors find new ways to disgrace themselves.

No legal justification existed to impeach Trump earlier, none now — no "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors" in two articles of impeachment as required under the Constitution's Article II, Section 4.

Despite defeating Biden/Harris last November, they'll be elevated to power on January 20 and serve illegally every day they remain in office.

It won't be the first time that losers were empowered over winners in the US, and surely won't be the last stolen election in the country.

That's one among many ways that US fantasy democracy works, the real thing not permitted by its ruling authorities at home or abroad.
