Sidney Powell Lawsuits Against Brazen Fraud in Michigan and Georgia

Brazen Dem fraud occurred in key swing states and others.

Mounds of credible evidence prove it — enough to render Trump  v. Biden results null and void.

The full extent of fraud won't likely ever be known. Enough was discovered to prove Trump won. Biden/Harris lost.

If they're inaugurated in January, they'll be illegitimate throughout their time in office.

Chances for future open, free, and fair elections will be lost at the same time — voting henceforth a waste of time.

Late Wednesday, Powell filed lawsuits over brazen fraud in Michigan and Georgia, handing Biden/Harris two states Trump won.

The lawsuits provide evidence of fraudulently manipulated results in both states by Dominion electronic voting machines.

A 104-page suit filed against Georgia claims that an election-stealing scheme "illegally and fraudulently manipulat(ed) the vote count to make certain (of the) election of Joe Biden as president of the United States," adding:

"Old-fashioned ballot-stuffing (was) amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose." 

"Mathematical and statistical anomalies r(ose) to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony (that) evince this scheme across the state of Georgia."

"This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and 'rigged' the election…for Joe Biden."

At least 96,600 absentee ballots included in state totals weren't verified.

They're likely fraudulently added to Biden's count and "must be disregarded."

State officials "rushed through the purchase of Dominion voting machines and software in 2019 for the 2020 Presidential Election" without due diligence checking for accuracy.

"There is incontrovertible physical evidence that the standards of physical security of the voting machines and the software were breached, and machines were connected to the internet in violation of professional standards and state and federal laws."

"(E)lection workers remained unsupervised and unchallenged working at the computers for the voting tabulation machines until after 1:00 AM" on election day.

State officials breached US constitutional and state laws by changing election procedures in cahoots with Dems in Washington.

The lawsuit calls for blocking state certification of results, impounding and auditing rigged Dominion voting machines, along with faudulent vote-counting video evidence.

Powell filed a similar 75-page lawsuit against Michigan.

It claims that "hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots" were fraudulently added to Biden's vote count.

"The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to manufacture an election of Joe Biden as president of the United States."

What occurred amounted to electronically facilitated "old-fashioned 'ballot-stuffing.' "

A similar pattern occurred in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and to some extent in other states.

If ballots were accurately tallied, Trump likely would have won by a landslide.

I oppose both right wings of the one-party state and their candidates for office at all levels.

I support an open, free, and fair election process with candidates from numerous parties competing on a level playing field — and let the chips fall where they may, based on the will of the electorate.

That's not how US elections are run. Power elites chose candidates for high office and manipulate results for their favorites.

US presidential Election 2020 is Exhibit A. 

Trump won. Biden/Harris lost. As things now stand, they'll be fraudulently inaugurated in January, the popular undermined.

US elections are decided by electronic manipulation — along with mail-in ballots shifted from one candidate to another with similar ease.

There's nothing remotely legitimate about US elections for high office.

Ordinary people have no say over who runs, wins and loses.

A higher authority makes those decisions.

I abstain from voting because my choices can be erased or shifted to someone else without my knowledge.

I want no part of a rigged process. I'll cast my ballots through regular opinion pieces.

It's my way of working for peace, equity and justice for all, according to the rule of international, constitutional, and US statute laws.
