NYT Support for Election Fraud

The Times never met a true democrat — like Venezuela's Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro — it didn't abhor, an anti-populist/repressive Western regime it didn't support, or a US war of aggression it didn't cheerlead.

Trump was an exception in the US because he defeated Times favorite Hillary and for his unpredictable outspokenness.

Throughout campaign 2020, Times editors, columnists and correspondents have gone all-out to smear him — largely for the wrong reasons, ignoring the most important right ones.

They notably include continuing inherited wars of aggression, along with waging them by other means on numerous countries threatening no one.

Unexplained by the Times is that these actions flagrantly breach the UN Charter, other international law, and the US Constitution under its Supremacy Clause.

Nor did the Times criticize one-sided Trump support for Wall Street, other corporate favorites, and privileged interests overall at the expense of exploiting the vast majority of Americans.

The Times is silent about growing US totalitarian rule that's heading toward full-blown tyranny — if the current post-9/11 trend continues unchecked.

Throughout the 2020 political season, the Times operated as a virtual cheerleader for anyone but Trump to serve as US head of state ahead.

Like virtually all other establishment media, it consistently ignored some of the most brazen election fraud in the country's history this year — pretending an illegitimate process was legitimate.

In its latest edition, it noted that Trump campaign lawsuits challenging election fraud in key swing states aren't doing well in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Left unexplained is enormous pressure brought to bear on law firms representing Trump to back off, likely including threats of retaliation otherwise.

Under the Constitution's Fifth Amendment, no one may be denied the right of "due process of law," including the right to be represented by counsel.

No one may be denied equal justice under law — words that  adorn the Supreme Court Building's west facade.

In reality, all of the above and other constitutional protections are more myth than reality because they're breached time and again.

I have no sympathy for a president — Trump — who's done so much harm to countless millions of people at home and abroad, who's consistently dismissive of the rights and welfare of ordinary people.

Yet I support his rights afforded under international, constitutional, and US statute laws.

I support the universal right of justice for all under law.

When these rights are compromised or otherwise breached, a free and open society no longer exists.

That's been the disturbing state of America from inception.

It's clear and unequivocal today. The US operates by the rule of force over the rule of law — at home and abroad.

Claims by the Times that Trump's campaign failed to show fraud in litigation defy reality.

Honest historians one day will cite US presidential election 2020 as a key example of brazen fraud for Biden/Harris over Trump.

What's gone on is not a few scattered irregularities. It's been well-planned in advance fraud on a massive scale.

In Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, and likely elsewhere, it changed the outcome — making losers Biden/Harris winners in key states won by Trump.

He got around 10 million more votes in 2020 than in 2016. 

He got more votes this year than any previous GOP presidential aspirant.

He likely had more votes stolen from him than any previous US presidential candidate, the true number likely never to be known — including discarded mail-in and electronically deleted in-person ones left out tabulations in key swing states.

Huge crowds turned out for his public rallies in contrast to sparse ones for Biden.

Like other establishment media, the Times perpetuates the myth about democracy in America (sic), about a free, fair, and open election system (sic), about governance serving everyone according to the rule of law (sic).

Reality is worlds apart from the above fantasy version of how the US operates.

Thrusting a thumb in his eye — along with governance the way it should be but never was in the US — a Time piece roared:

"(G)et the boxes, get the tape, pack your bags and be gone."

If Americans en masse tuned out and stopped reading fake news media like the Times, they'd "be gone" for lack of an audience lost advertising revenue — getting the put-down they deserve at last.
