Netanyahu Regime's IDF Commander Preparing for Confrontation with Iran?

Along with Washington's regional presence, nuclear armed Israel is the Middle East's most recklessly dangerous country.

Run by pro-war Ziofascist zealots and religious fundamentalists, the Netanyahu regime exceeds the worst of Sharonian evil.

Its war minister Naftali Bennett itches for confrontation with Iran.

He lied about its involvement in Syria, military advisors alone in the country, not front line troops.

He threatened Iran, saying "(w)e will go from a defensive concept to an offensive concept." 

Does he intend to be more aggressive against Syria and Iran ahead? Will he risk Israel getting smashed in retaliation, including strikes on its nuclear facilities to take them out?

He lied calling Tehran and Damascus threats. Demanding Iranian personnel to leave Syria gets him nowhere.

He lied about an Iranian nuclear threat that doesn't exist. Nor does  Tehran have "aspirations of regional hegemony" — US/Israeli ambitions, not how Iran operates, seeking cooperative relations with other nations, not confrontation with or domination over them.

Last week, Netanyahu regime IDF commander General Aviv Kochavi released information about a new Iran Command — to focus on threats from the nation that don't exist, invented ones as a pretext for whatever Israeli hardliners have in mind.

According to Bennett, the Netanyahu regime and IDF are "working to raise the stakes for Iran until we reach our ultimate goal: removing them from Syria," adding: 

"We will continue to prevent an Iranian presence on our northern border" that doesn't exist, just small numbers of military advisors and diplomats in Damascus, aiding Assad combat the scourge of US created and supported terrorists.

In late December, Kochavi said the IDF is preparing for confrontation with Iran. If occurs it'll be initiated by Israel, not by the Islamic Republic.

He falsely accused Iran of "tr(ying) (to attack Israel) a number of times in the past year" — a bald-faced Big Lie.

He lied claiming Tehran "changed (its) policy towards us, too, but we responded," adding:

"The possibility of limited or more than limited conflict (with Iran) is not unreasonable."

He claimed Israel is "committed to its core objective of uprooting Iranian weapons and attack bases in Syria designed to threaten Israel" that don't exist.

Iranian military advisors operate in Damascus and on Syrian bases.

Kochavi: "If we don't act, the weapons will remain (sic). If we act, there is a high chance that the Iranians will respond, and from here, the path to a clash is short."

Israel wants the US and NATO to wage its wars and defeat its enemies, Kochavi saying his preference is not acting alone, seeking allies to aid Israeli aggression and imperial aims.

The IDF is carrying out overt and covert operations regionally — even if confrontation follows, said Kochavi.

"We will not allow Iran to entrench itself in Syria, or in Iraq," he roared.

The region's belligerence comes solely from the US presence, Israel, the Saudis and UAE, not from Iran.

Syrian forces are defending the nation and its people against US launched aggression, aided by NATO, Turkey, Israel, the Saudis, and their jihadist foot soldiers — greatly aided by Russian airpower.

Kochavi falsely accused Iran, Syria and Lebanon's Hezbollah of being "in an arms race."

Unlike US/NATO/Turkish/Israeli aggression, Tehran, Damascus, and Hezbollah focus solely on self-defense, their legitimate right under international law.

Kochavi: Iran is "an enemy" that doesn't exist so Israel invented it to be one.

Kochavi: Israel's "ultimate goal is to instill in our enemies the feeling of despair and doubt in their ability to achieve their aggressive aims" that don't exist and haven't since the October 1973 Yom Kippur war, nearly half a century ago, none since then.

Israel's "next war, be it with the north (meaning Syria or Iran) or with Gaza, the intensity of enemy firepower will be great," said Kochavi, adding:

"There can be no war without casualties, and I cannot not guarantee a short war. We will need national resilience."

"I'm looking at everyone in the eye. It will be intense. We have to prepare for that. We have to prepare for that militarily, on the home front, and mentally."

"We will strike hard, including the infrastructure of the country that allows the terror group to act against Israel. Know that the responsibility belongs to the government of Lebanon, Syria and Hamas."

Kochavi sounds like deranged general Jack D. Ripper from Stanley Kubrick's 1964 dark satire, titled "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb."

Ripper was obsessed with waging nuclear war on his own without official authorization.

Does Kochavi have the same thing in mind against Iran? 

Is he lunatic enough to risk Israel's annihilation by an Iranian retaliatory blitzkrieg in response to IDF aggression if it dares go this far?

Lunatics infest Israel and Washington. 

Anything is possible ahead in pursuit of their imperial aims — though it's highly unlikely they'll attack a nation like Iran able to hit back hard with destructive force against an aggressor and its regional allies.
