US Hostility Toward Iran Risks Preemptive War

Bipartisan US hardliners never met a sovereign independent government they didn't want replaced with a subservient puppet regime they control — naked aggression their favored strategy.

Washington has been hostile toward Iran's sovereign independence since its 1979 revolution, ending a generation of US installed fascist tyranny — wanting despotic rule reinstalled, along with regaining control over the country's vast oil and gas reserves.

Trump regime hardliners Pompeo, Bolton, and their henchmen are more hostile toward Iran than their predecessors.

Waging all-out war by other means, their extremism risks turning things hot in a part of the world already ravaged by endless US wars of aggression.

Of concern is the deployment of more (mainly US) troops, combat aircraft, and warships to the Middle East — on the phony pretext of "protect(ing) civilian shipping and ensur(ing) international commerce through the Strait of Hormuz," according to State Department propaganda.

The Pentagon's Operation Sentinel is all about enforcing maximum hostility on nonbelligerent Iran.

It has nothing to do with ensuring safe passage of commercial vessels in Persian Gulf waters, their strategic Strait of Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb strait chokepoints, as well as the Gulf of Aden connection to the Indian Ocean — through which millions of barrels of oil pass daily.

For the US, it's what endless war in Yemen is all about, the country's strategic location that matters. For the Saudis, it's gaining full control of the Arabian peninsula.

For these countries and Israel, replacing Iranian sovereign independence with pro-Western puppet rule has been a key unattained objective for the past 40 years.

On July 25, CENTCOM and the State Department met with officials from nations allied with Washington's imperial Middle East agenda.

Trump regime officials have been hard-pressed trying to enlist nations against nonbelligerent Iran. Hardline tactics perhaps will pressure some to come on board.

Other than Israel, the Saudis, UAE, and possibly Britain, the world community of nations is highly reluctant to partner with Trump regime war on Iran.

Responding to its aim to enlist coalition partners against the country, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani warned against the increased presence of foreign forces in the region, saying:

They'll "not only not help the security of the region, but will be the main factor for tension," adding: The root cause of "unpleasant events and tension in the region" is because the Trump regime illegally and provocatively abandoned the JCPOA, a hostile act.

Last week, Pompeo said the following:

"The United States is taking further action as part of our maximum economic pressure campaign against (Iran) by imposing sanctions on the Chinese firm Zhuhai Zhenrong Company Limited and its chief executive for knowingly purchasing or acquiring oil from Iran, contrary to US sanctions."

Beijing rejects illegal US sanctions on the Islamic Republic, continuing normal political, economic, and trade relations with the country.

Sanctioning Zhuhai Zhenrng will make resolving trade and related issues with the US all the harder. The hostile act won't go unanswered.

China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying slammed the move. Warning of retaliatory action, she said Beijing's legitimate relationship with Iran must be respected and protected.

"We strongly urge the United States to immediately correct wrong practices while China will firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of its enterprises," she stressed.

Beijing strongly rejects so-called US "long-arm jurisdiction" bullying and other hostile actions against the nation and its enterprises.

On July 25, Pompeo turned truth on its head about Iran like he's done time and again.

He lied calling the country "the largest destabilizing influence in the Middle East and the world's largest state sponsor of terror" — how the US, NATO, and Israel actions, a global menace threatening world peace and humanity.

Iran operates by a higher standard, supporting world peace and sovereign rights of all nations.

On Saturday from St. Petersburg, Iranian Navy Commander/Admiral Hossein Khanzadi said "(m)ilitary and naval cooperation between Iran and Russia guarantees security in the world's waterways more than ever and this cooperation is increasing at the strategic level," adding:

"The two countries enjoy highly powerful navies at the regional and trans-regional levels and definitely. Cooperation between the two forces will benefit both countries."

US rage for dominating the Middle East and everywhere else threatens endless wars of aggression in pursuit of its hostile agenda.

The fantasy democracy represents an unparalleled threat to world peace, stability and security.
