Hold Trump Accountable for Real Crimes, Not Fake Ones

Aside from breaching virtually all positive promises made, like all other dirty politicians, Trump remains unaccountable for high crimes of war and against humanity in multiple countries.

He's responsible for waging war by other means on Iran and Venezuela, seeking to unlawfully topple their legitimate governments.

He's at war with unwanted aliens of the wrong race, ethnicity, and/or religion, as well as Muslims from the wrong countries. 

His regime secretly indicted Julian Assange for the "crime" of truth-telling. The White House considers publishing or leaking vital information everyone has a right to know a threat to national security. 

When governments call truth-telling independent journalists and whistleblowers acting responsibly national security threats, totalitarian rule replaces free and open societies, tyranny replaces freedom.

Trump's regime is hostile to First Amendment and other fundamental rights, contemptuous of international and constitutional law.

He's no friend of the earth. His ecocide agenda supports corporate polluters and climate change deniers over ecosanity, public health and the general welfare.

Calling clean water protections "a horrible, horrible rule," he ordered a review of the Clean Water Rule to roll back regulations - critical for protecting the nation's waterways, wetlands, and drinking water.

Throughout his tenure, he's pursued the greatest ever wealth transfer heist - from ordinary Americans to privileged ones and corporate predators. He wants healthcare, a fundamental human right, based on the ability to pay.

His inaugural address promise about "transferring power from Washington, DC and giving it back to you, the American people" was and remains a bald-faced Big Lie.

So was saying "(t)he  establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country. Their victories have not been your victories…"

"That all changes, starting right here, and right now, because this moment is your moment. It belongs to you."

On his watch, things are more dismal for ordinary Americans and others abroad than under his predecessors - notably for stacking his regime with hard-right war-mongering/hate-mongering fascist extremists, pursuing a belligerent/hostile to human life and welfare agenda.

Instead of fulfilling his campaign and inaugural address promises to ordinary Americans, Trump proved he's just another dirty politician - operating extrajudicially at home and abroad.

He's unaccountable for high crimes because Republicans and undemocratic Dems support them - Dems hostile to him for the wrong reasons, not the right ones.

Months of House and Senate Russiagate probes begun in January 2017, along with special counsel Mueller's investigation since May 2017, found no evidence of Russian collusion to help Trump triumph over Hillary.

Not a shred of evidence suggests Russian meddling in America's electoral process or any others. If any existed, it would have been revealed long ago.

What doesn't exist can't be revealed. Sham probes were and continue to be exercises of mass deception. Mueller's witch-hunt continues, new House Intelligence and Judiciary Committee investigations begun.

Since January 2017, they amount to McCarthism on steroids, Dem-controlled House probes likely to continue throughout the remainder of Trump's tenure - Mueller's perhaps close to concluding.

His indictments of Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, Michael Cohen, Roger Stone, and others have nothing to do with his mandate, nothing connected to the phony allegation of possible Trump team/Russia collusion – no reason for having initiated the probe in the first place. 

In early February, undemocratic Dem House Intelligence Committee hardline chairman Adam Schiff said he's reopening the Russiagate probe - wanting the politicized witch hunt continued endlessly, saying:

He intends expanding the House probe to include Trump's financial interests, including "whether any foreign actor has sought to compromise or holds leverage, financial or otherwise, over Donald Trump, his family, his business or his associates," adding:

"That pertains to any credible allegations of leverage by the Russians or the Saudis or anyone else."

On Sunday, House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerrold Nadler's website announced the following, saying:

He "unveiled an investigation…into the alleged obstruction of justice, public corruption, and other abuses of power by President Trump, his associates, and members of his Administration," adding:  

"As a first step, the committee has served document requests to 81 agencies, entities, and individuals believed to have information relevant to the investigation."

He accused Trump of "evad(ing) accountability for his near-daily attacks on our basic legal, ethical, and constitutional rules and norms." 

Nadler said nothing about high crimes committed by both right wings of US duopoly rule, he like most other Dems guilty of pursuing and supporting them.

He laughably said "(w)e have seen the damage done to our democratic institutions in the two years" under Trump. No such institutions exist to damage.

Saying "Congress must provide a check on abuses of power," he failed to stress that accountability pertains to all branches of government - the House, Senate, Executive, and courts sharing guilt for America's deplorable state.

Saying "we must protect and respect the work of special counsel Mueller," he failed to denounce his Russiagate witch-hunt, finding nothing incriminating anyone related to his mandate after nearly two years of trying and millions of dollars wasted - along with shaming the nation more than already.

Nadler lied claiming "(i)t's very clear that (Trump) obstructed justice." No evidence proves it. There's overwhelming just cause to impeach and remove Trump from office for credible reasons.

The same goes for most of his predecessors - guilty of high crimes of war, against humanity, and other impeachable offenses - what no US president was ever held accountable for.

No credible evidence supports impeaching him for alleged collusion with Russia. Claiming it is a colossal hoax - part of what's gone on since 2016 to delegitimize his election and demonize the Russian Federation at the same time.

The disturbingly ugly business adds further shame to the nation - an increasingly totalitarian plutocracy, a fantasy democracy at war on humanity at home and abroad.

Baseless slander, war-mongering, fear-mongering, and politicized (major media supported) smear campaigns substitute for governance the way it should be.

Washington's criminal class is bipartisan, both wings of one-party governance sharing guilt - threatening humanity by their recklessly ruthless actions.

A pox on the entire sorry lot of them all - with rare exceptions, a few good apples in a rotten to the core barrel.
