Burt Wagner is an electrical engineer who has owned and operated a very successful firmware contracting/consulting firm called Deadline Specialists, Inc. for the last 30 years.

He will discuss his nightmare ordeal of being arrested for his hobby of trading Bitcoins and having all of his Bitcoins, personal and business computers seized in a massive raid on his home and business.

He will discuss insights and lessons learned during his many months of wrangling with the "just-a-system" over the bogus charges.

After about $300,000 in legal fees and other expenses Homeland Security and the Justice department eventually agreed to drop all the criminal charges against him and all the civil charges against all the seized property
