Sergey and Yulia Skripal Held Hostage by Britain

by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org - Home - Stephen Lendman)

On Friday, Sergey Skripal was discharged from Salisbury District Hospital, daughter Yulia well enough to be released on April 11.

Both Skripals are held incommunicado. Earlier, Russia's OPCW representative Alexander Shulgin said they're "being held hostage by the British authorities."

Since the alleged poisoning incident on March 4, Yulia was allowed one brief phone contact with her cousin Victoria, Yulia saying "(e)verything is OK. Everything is fine."

The whereabouts of both Skripals is unknown, Russia's embassy in Britain denied contact with the country's own citizens - what's clearly unacceptable.

Theresa May's regime wants them prevented from commenting publicly on the incident affecting them, as well as other information on what happened in its aftermath.

Russia was falsely blamed for the incident it had nothing to do with. Not a shred of evidence suggests otherwise.

Neither Skripal was exposed to a deadly Novichok military-grade nerve agent as falsely claimed - able to cause death in minutes.

Britain's claim otherwise, along with blaming the Kremlin for the incident, remains a colossal hoax. Whatever harmed the Skripals wasn't a deadly nerve agent, recovery virtually impossible from exposure.

Commenting on Sergey Skripal's discharge from hospitalization, Putin explained "if…a weapons-grade poison had been used, that person would be dead on the spot. Combat chemicals are so strong that the person either dies immediately or within seconds, maybe minutes."

The Skripals and detective Nick Bailey (another alleged Novichok victim) are alive, well, and discharged from hospitalization.

Both Skripals were taken to an undisclosed location, not for their safety as falsely claimed. Kremlin ambassador to Britain Alexander Yakovenk said Russia may never see the Skripals again, adding:

"For today, nobody saw their pictures. Nobody heard their voice. Nobody saw whether they're alive or not."

"We should be sure that the person is alive, he is alright or she is alright, and (they) say, for example, 'I don't need your services.' It's fine with us."

If able to speak freely on their own, they'll expose the official narrative hoax about their illness and its aftermath.

It's unclear if they're alive. Perhaps they've been eliminated to be sure they tell no tales.

The ugly incident was another episode of Russia bashing, Washington likely conspiring with Britain on what happened.

Exposing it to the light of day so everyone knows may never happen. Enough is clear to know it was another fabricated anti-Russia accusation following numerous others earlier - more sure to come.
