AIPAC's Annual Israel Lovefest

It's an annual affair in Washington, bipartisan warmongers, racists and Zionist zealots participating.

Continuing from March 4 - 6, speakers include Mike Pence, Nikki Haley, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Kevin McCarthy, Steny Hoyer, Guatemalan president Jimmy Morales, Israel ambassador to Washington Ron Dermer, US ambassador to Israel David Friedman, Marco Rubio, Robert Menendez, Tom Cotton, and Netanyahu, among other disreputable figures, a rogue's gallery of scoundrels.

AIPAC is a sinister organization, operating illegally as an unregistered foreign agent, promoting war, deploring peace, exerting enormous influence over US Middle East policy.

Speakers try outdoing each other, expressing fealty to Israel, dismissive of Palestinian rights.

AIPAC's mission statement says it aims "to strengthen, protect and promote the US-Israel relationship in ways that enhance the security of the United States and Israel" - at the expense of other regional nations and humanity, it failed to explain.

Longstanding US/Israeli ties represent a menacing axis of evil against sovereign independent regional states, against fundamental Palestinian rights, against world peace, stability and security.

Hundreds in Washington are protesting against AIPAC's "criminal lobby that controls American foreign affairs."

Trump's Jerusalem declaration, its no-peace/peace plan legitimizing apartheid, along with political persecution of Ahed Tamimi and her family members added additional momentum to this year's anti-AIPAC protest.

Israeli-American activist author Miko Peled is with them. "I'm here just like everybody else to say 'free Palestine,' to stand with Palestine, to end of the legitimacy of the racist regime in Palestine, which is the state of Israel," he said.

Code Pink, ANSWER coalition, and BDS activists are involved - supporting world peace and Palestinians, opposing US/Israeli high crimes.

Anti-Zionist Neturei Karta rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss is in Washington. "It's forbidden for (anyone) to steal or occupy" land belonging to others, he stressed.

Other Jewish activists joined protesters. One held a sign saying "AIPAC does NOT represent American Jewry."

Another sign said "Torah demands ALL PALESTINE be returned to Palestinian sovereignty."

Some protesters chanted "Hey hey, ho ho, AIPAC has got to go. Palestine will be free from the (Jordan) river to the (Mediterranean) sea."

Palestinian/American activist Mariam Ghazaleh said "(w)e are here today to show the world that the Palestinian cause will never die." 

Others expressed similar sentiments. AIPAC lobbies for Israeli ruthlessness.

Few congressional members dare confront it, a career-ender if tried. This year is like earlier ones - a rogue's gallery of Ziofascists scheduled to speak, supporting Israel's ruthless agenda.

During the conference, Israeli soldiers murdered a Palestinian for the crime of farming. Others attacked a Palestinian husband wife, and infant with a tear gas canister.

Numerous Palestinians were terrorized and abducted in rampaging pre-dawn raids. Palestinian fishermen were targeted with live fire for the crime of fishing.

Palestinian political prisoners in Ramon prison were assaulted by Israeli soldiers.

Illegal administrative detentions were extended for dozens of Palestinian political detainees - uncharged, untried, yet locked up behind bars for wanting freedom from occupation harshness.

Other Palestinians got home demotion orders. Israel wants their land for exclusive Jewish development and use.

Palestinian high school students in class were assaulted with tear gas. Israeli soldiers lawlessly arrested 90-year-old Palestinian Ali al-Wahsh - breaking into his home violating before abducting him. 

One of his sons called what happened "violent and barbaric." PLO Commission of Prisoners and Freed Prisoners Hussein Abed-Rabbu said Wahsh's arrest is more evidence of Israeli disdain for Palestinian rights.

All of the above went on during AIPAC's Israel lovefest - participants dismissive toward its ruthless daily persecution of Palestinians for not being Jewish.
