We have been amazed by the response to our Liberty Entrepreneurship Camp in
Lagos, Nigeria this coming weekend.

We hoped 40 students would apply -- over 200 responded! This huge show of
interest is very gratifying, and we would love to accommodate all of them;
realistically, we could handle 60, but so far we have funding for only 40.

Would you consider helping an extra 20 students attend this camp?
We are looking for $2600 to make this possible. If we can get commitments
for this in the next 1-2 days, we can notify them immediately and quickly
arrange for a bigger meeting room and the extra meals and any lodging needs.

The students live in/near Lagos, and are standing by to hear if they can
join us starting Thursday morning.
Can I tell them you will help to make this possible?

We also plan to bring in Sarah Kawala from Kenya, a new member of our Africa
Liberty Team, who gave beautiful presentations on entrepreneurship for
African women at our recent camps in Kenya and Tanzania. Other local
speakers will include Wale, the journalist at "Campus Life", to whom I
introduced you in my mail last month.

Another opportunity to encourage young freedom fighters --
now I'm talking about Vlad Yuryevich from eastern Ukraine, who spoke to you
in a short video I sent last summer --
I'm looking to raise $1800 to bring Vlad to the US (for the first time) next
month to join us at the annual Students For Liberty conference in
Washington, and to visit Phoenix for a few days, so I can introduce him to
our local libertarians and sponsors.

Although only 21, Vlad has already proven to be a competent event organizer
and networker for liberty, and we plan two more camps together in Ukraine
next summer. It will be exciting and productive to have Vlad visit here,
especially while Jacek Spendel is also here. I'm sure they would both enjoy
meeting all of you.

Only $4400 will make all this possible. Any assistance you can provide will
be very helpful and much appreciated, as always!
