© Dan Reale  of Suite101.com had by far the most comprensive synopsys on November 19th from what I've seen so far:

On Oct. 10, 2009, each state voted for three delegates to the 2009 Continental Congress. The election was conducted using paper ballots, which were counted by hand. The delegate with the highest number of votes from his or her state became the voting delegate at the Continental Congress.

On Nov. 11, the 2009 Continental Congress convened in St. Charles, IL. The Congress elected former presidential nominee Michael Badnarik as its president and Dan Gonzales of Florida as its vice president. The Congress adopted its own rules and proceeded within the framework of Robert’s Rules of Order.

This event was facilitated by Robert Schulz and his nonprofit organization, the We the People Foundation. Since 2008, Schulz toured the United States to raise interest in and gain support for this initiative.

Continental Congress - not a Constitutional Convention

The 2009 Continental Congress is not a constitutional convention described by Article Five of the U.S. Constitution. Its participants state that their purpose is to “defend, not amend” the Constitution.

Continental Congress’ Petitions for Redress of Grievance
Robert Schulz, the We the People Foundation and many others have filed civil actions to end violations of the U.S. Constitution for more than 14 years. These include We the People vs United States and Schulz’s suit in 2008 to seek injunctive relief to end Federal Reserve bailouts of Wall Street banks.

Since November 11, 2009 outside of Chicago in St. Charles, a Continental Congress has been convening with elected Delegates from 48 of our 50 states.  A nationwide election was held back in October after well over a year of organizing and instituting the nomination process. This historic event runs through tomorrow November 22nd, the anniversary of JFK's death.

This major undertaking is the culmination of 14 years of documenting and serving upon our Federal Government with formal Redress of Grievance complaints and law suits on behalf of "We The People" for numerous violations of our US Constitution.  The responses by past administrations has been that our government chooses not to answer the American people's legitimate petitions.

Most of this work has been spearheaded by a non-partisan organization called We The People Foundation which is an organization for constitutional education led by Bob Schultz.  Mr. Schultz had served one such petition upon the IRS some years back on behalf of the American people and was filmed and featured in the documentary "America: Freedom to Fascism" by the late Aaron Russo, producer of "Trading Places" and "The Rose".  The documentary can be downloaded and watched for free on Google videos.

All the evidence has been compiled over the last 14 years and now these delegates have been meeting in order to formalize the next steps and plans of action to address each individual major violation of our US Constitution.  Even though Bob Schultz has done numerous press releases including appearances before the Washington Press Club, our national mainstream media has willfully reported very little leading up to this event.

Finally,  here's an interesting little report from the 16th, with Gary Franchi talking to Virginia Delegate Tom DeWeese, and a quick shot of me in a suit...: http://www.livevideo.com/media/playvideo_fs.aspx?fs=1&cid=6ACB0D886E274CAA9B99BE1A4C86EED7
