With Bob Barr at the top of the ticket, Libertarian delegates select their Vice-Presidential nominee.

 

Nominating speeches are continuing - we will update ballots as they come in.

 

UPDATE 1: Ruwart nominates Kubby because the "LP needs a anti-drug warrior to balance the drug warrior [Presidential nominee].  Barr nominates Root.  First balloting occurring now.

 

UPDATE 2: C-SPAN, as expected, dropped live coverage when the convention went to recess.  However, you can watch the VP process via the Presidential nominee, Bob Barr. (Thanks Jacqueline Passey)

Wayne Allen Root (51%) wins the LP Vice-Presidential Nomination over Steve Kubby (45%).  Elections for LNC Chair pushed back to tomorrow (after everyone leaves).
